BROADCAST FINALS

ABC:  DANCING WITH THE STARS ticked up to 0.71, and a COUNTDOWN TO THE CMA AWARDS special was at 0.24.

CBS:  THE NEIGHBORHOOD dipped 0.04 to 0.61, BOB HEARTS ABISHOLA lost 0.03 to 0.50, NCIS gained 0.05 to 0.64, and NCIS: HAWAII was down 0.03 to 0.45.

NBC:  THE VOICE ticked down to 0.76, and a special presentation of the pilot for the Peacock series THE LOST SYMBOL was at 0.28, slightly higher than last week’s ORDINARY JOE.

FOX:  9-1-1 fell 0.11 to 0.72, and the quasi-canceled THE BIG LEAP (there will be no backorder this season, although technically it’s alive for renewal) was down 0.06 to 0.19.

CW:  ALL-AMERICAN climbed 0.03 to 0.19, and 4400 ticked down to 0.07.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was at 3.45, up 0.13 from last week’s game.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 0.44/0.43/0.34 compared to last week’s 0.48/0.47/0.45.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK dropped 0.05 to 0.33.  Cable news was led by Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.29/0.46/3.3M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.13/0.21/2M, and CNN’s ERIN BURNETT OUTFRONT at 0.10/0.14/600K.  On Food Network, HOLIDAY BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP dipped 0.03 to 0.26.  Discovery’s STREET OUTLAWS was at 0.19/0.09 compared to last week’s 0.15/0.09.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP gained 0.03 to 0.18, and BLACK INK CREW was up 0.02 to 0.17.  On TLC, 90 DAY FIANCE fell 0.05 to 0.17, and THE FAMILY CHANTEL was down 0.05 to 0.13.  On A&E, HOARDERS rose 0.04 to 0.13, and INTERVENTION was up 0.02 to 0.11.  On ID, UNRAVELED was at 0.12.  On HGTV, LOVE IT OR LIST IT shed 0.03 to 0.12, and CALL THE CLOSER was at 0.09.
