BROADCAST FINALS:

ABC:  DANCING WITH THE STARS fell two-tenths to 0.72, and the season premiere of THE GOOD DOCTOR was at 0.41, down 0.16 from January’s season premiere.

CBS:  THE NEIGHBORHOOD gained 0.03 to 0.66, BOB HEARTS ABISHOLA was up 0.05 to 0.59, NCIS slipped 0.02 to 0.71, and NCIS: HAWAII ticked down to 0.50.

NBC:  THE VOICE lost 0.12 to 0.96, and ORDINARY JOE was down 0.16 to 0.36.

FOX:  9-1-1 climbed 0.09 to 0.85, but THE BIG LEAP was down 0.04 to 0.25 (as with last week, this episode had previously been available via streaming).

CW:  ROSWELL, NEW MEXICO ticked down to 0.07, followed by a PENN & TELLER: FOOL US rerun at 0.07.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL rose 0.25 to 4.11 (plus 0.73 for the ESPN MANNING-CAST, up 0.02 from last week).  USA’s WWE telecast was at 0.49/0.48/0.46 compared to last week’s 0.51/0.51/0.46.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK was down 0.02 to 0.27.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP was at 0.27/0.21 compared to last week’s 0.31/0.22, and MY TRUE CRIME STORY.  Cable news was led by Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.24/0.43/3.2M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.14/0.23/2.1M, and CNN’s ERIN BURNETT OUTFRONT at 0.10/800K.  On TLC, DARCEY & STACEY dropped 0.03 to 0.19, and 90 DAY FIANCE ticked down 0.01 to 0.18.  On Food Network, HALLOWEEN BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP fell 0.06 to 0.16, and CHOCOLATE MELTDOWN was at 0.12.  On HGTV, HELP I WRECKED MY HOUSE was at 0.14 compared to last week’s 0.15/0.14, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was at 0.13/0.12 compared to 0.13/0.13.  Discovery’s STREET OUTLAWS dipped 0.02 to 0.13, with a lead-out special at 0.09.  On ID, DETECTIVE DIARIES was at 0.11.  HBO’s LAETITIA ticked up to 0.02/79K.  On Showtime, THE L WORD: GENERATION Q held at 0.01/21K, and BACK TO LIFE remained at zero/12K.
