NETWORK UPDATE:  As expected, the bulk of the adjustments affected CW:  PENN & TELLER: FOOL US and SIGNIFICANT MOTHER each dropped 0.2, and WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY was down 0.1.  In addition, AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR gained 0.1 in final numbers, as did the CSI LA rerun, but the BACHELOR IN PARADISE after-show lost 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  No surprises at the top of the charts, which belonged as usual on Mondays to VH1 and USA.  The former’s LOVE & HIP-HOP ATLANTA jumped by three-tenths to 1.71, outrating every show on the broadcast networks except AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR.  Its lead-out SHE’S GOT GAME slipped 0.03 to 0.94.  On USA, WWE was at 1.34-1.23 over its 3 hours, compared to 1.30-1.26 last week.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY gained 0.05 to 0.87, and the WATCH WHAT HAPPENS that followed was at 0.46, down 0.07 from last Monday’s installment.  The midseason finale of THE FOSTERS rose 0.12 in 18-49s to 0.52, and did even better in the target F12-34 demo, up 0.27 to 1.17, but CHASING LIFE got almost none of that benefit, staying at 0.27 in 18-49s and gaining one hundredth to 0.54 in the F12-34 demo.  Lifetime’s DEVIOUS MAIDS gained 0.02 to 0.46.  TNT’s MURDER IN THE FIRST, despite airing without a MAJOR CRIMES lead-in, did quite well (in its universe), up a tick to 0.33.  On MTV, TEEN WOLF was steady, up 0.02 in 18-49s to 0.45, and up 0.01 in F12-34s to 1.04.  On Discovery, VEGAS RAT RODS rose 0.07 to 0.39, and CUBAN CHROME lost 0.03 to 0.31.  History aired 2 episodes of TIME MACHINE, each at 0.20.  BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK (POP) was at 0.04/90K.  Some reader requests:  on Disney XD, PENN ZERO was at 0.05/446K, and WANDER OVER YONDER was at 0.05/332, while on Travel, 36 HOURS scored 0.06/263K.
