NETWORK UPDATE:  After adjustment for football preemptions, both FOOD FIGHTERS and DATELINE dimmed by 0.2 from preliminary numbers, respectively to 0.9 and 1.2.  At FOX, BOOM lost 0.1 to 0.6, and the BONES rerun dropped 0.2 to 0.5.  Also down 0.1 were BIG BROTHER (to 2.0) and the MOM rerun (1.1). 

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Tis the season for ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL to air on a Thursday as part of the NFL PRESEASON, and the game had no trouble winning the cable night at 1.30.  MTV’s TEEN MOM followed, up 0.22 from last week to 1.00, and lead-out ONE BAD CHOICE was up 0.08 to 0.36.  The 2-episode season finale of Spike’s LIP SYNC BATTLE was at 0.71/0.67, way up from last week’s 0.49.  On Syfy, WWE rose a tenth to 0.66, DOMINION gained 0.03 to 0.26, GEEKS WHO DRINK grew by 0.05 to 0.14, and REACTOR doesn’t seem to have aired.  History’s ALONE climbed 0.05 to 0.63, and MOUNTAIN MEN jumped 0.11 to 0.59.  BEHIND BARS (A&E) was up 0.06 to 0.48, and BEYOND SCARED STRAIGHT edged up 0.02 to 0.44.  A late-afternoon run of ALVINNN!!! AND THE CHIPMUNKS on Nickelodeon hit the Top 10 at 0.47, up 0.04 from last week.  On Lifetime, PROJECT RUNWAY dropped 0.07 to 0.47.  BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES (We) ticked down to 0.41, and LA HAIR was down 0.03 to 0.29.  The lack of a COMPLICATIONS lead-in seemed to help USA’s GRACELAND, which gained 0.06 to 0.31.  Both of FX’s SEX&DRUGS&ROCK&ROLL and MARRIED were at 0.19, putting them respectively down 0.02 and up 0.07.  On Comedy, REVIEW was at 0.14.  On IFC, DOCUMENTARY NOW (which has already been renewed) premiered at 0.06 (with 158K total viewers), and COMEDY BANG BANG was at 0.03/70K, steady in 18-49s and up 20K total viewers.  BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK (POP) was at 0.05/141K.
