NOTE TO READERS:  We’re posting a preliminary version of the Top 40 chart for now, to be replaced later this afternoon by the final chart in its regular format.  UPDATE: Top 40 with demographics chart now posted.

NETWORK UPDATE:  FOX’s US OPEN coverage grew by 0.1 in final numbers, and the same was true for the night’s reruns of THE BIG BANG THEORY and MIKE & MOLLY.  There were no adjustments to ASTRONAUTS WIVES CLUB, MISTRESSES, AQUARIUS, HANNIBAL or BEAUTY AND THE BEAST.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  It was a quiet night on cable, too, with Syfy’s WWE telecast on top, down 0.08 from last week to 0.65, while its lead-out OLYMPUS gained 0.04 to 0.14. BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES (We) rose 0.06 to 0.56, and CUTTING IT IN THE ATL lost a tick to 0.32.  On MTV, RIDICULOUSNESS grew by 0.06 to 0.50.  History’s MOUNTAIN MEN returned at 0.47, with lead-out ALONE at 0.40.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS gained 0.04 to 0.43, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL stayed at 0.37.  USA’s new COMPLICATIONS debuted at an blah 0.41.  An atypically serious edition of THE DAILY SHOW (Comedy), which got quite a bit of social media attention, hit the Top 10 at 0.39.  Food Network’s BEAT B FLAY was at 0.38.  A 6PM Cartoon Network run of STEVEN UNIVERSE rounded out the Top 10 at 0.38.  THE COMEDIANS (FX) rose 0.05 to 0.21.  Despite the attention given to President Obama appearing on Marc Maron’s podcast, the comic’s MARON (IFC) fell 0.02 to 0.03, with 92K total viewers.  If we didn’t mention SMALL TOWN BIG DEAL (RFD), we’d probably be asked about it, and it continued its meager way with a zero 18-49 rating and 49K total viewers.
