NETWORK UPDATE:  The ALL-STAR GAME adjusted to 3.1 in final numbers.  In addition, AMERICA’S GOT TALENT and HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT swapped 0.1, the first up and the second down.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:   OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS gained two-tenths to take the Tuesday cable lead at 1.01.  THE DEADLIEST CATCH didn’t air last week due to Discovery’s Shark Week, but it was down 0.17 from 2 weeks ago to 0.84, with lead-in THE BAIT down a tenth to 0.36.  PRETTY LITTLE LIARS (ABCFamily) also didn’t air last week, and was up 0.04 to 0.84 (but down 0.29 in the F12-34 demo to a still-huge 1.92).  The single most surprising renewal of the summer may have been for LIARS’ lead-out STITCHERS, and nothing last night made the decision easier to understand, as it fell 0.03 to 0.27 despite the return of LIARS (although up 0.11 in the demo to 0.57).  On TNT, RIZZOLI & ISLES dropped 0.08 to 0.68, and PROOF fell 0.06 to 0.30.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NYC ticked up to 0.60, and SECRETS & WIVES rose 0.03 to 0.23.  At USA, WWE TOUGH ENOUGH was down 0.04 to 0.37, CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST lost 0.03 to 0.56, and ROYAL PAINS was down 0.06 to 0.31.  Spike’s INK MASTER fell 0.13 to 0.54, with TATTOO NIGHTMARES down 0.08 to 0.36.  COUNTING CARS (History) was at 0.53/0.50, compared to last week’s 0.54/0.53, and LEEPU & PITBULL fell 0.05 to 0.38.  On TLC, MY GIANT LIFE debuted at 0.49, with LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD at 0.38.  TOTAL DIVAS (E!) slipped 0.02 to 0.45.  DANCE MOMS (Lifetime) gained 0.04 to 0.42.  SCREAM (MTV) inched up by 0.02 to 0.39, and up 0.03 in the F12-34 demo to 0.76.  FX’s TYRANT took a 0.11 hit to 0.32.  CLIPPED (TBS) dropped 0.09 to 0.32.  ANOTHER PERIOD (Comedy), airing for the first time without an INSIDE AMY SCHUMER lead-in, fell 0.05 to 0.16.  BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK (POP) was at 0.08/138K.
