NETWORK UPDATE:  ZOO and the rerun LAST MAN ON EARTH gained 0.1 in final numbers, while HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT declined by the same amount.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Last night’s PRETTY LITTLE LIARS wasn’t just the midseason finale, but a hugely-hyped hour that promised major plot revelations.  The result was a bonanza for ABCFamily, as PRETTY wasn’t just up 0.55 from last week to 1.39, but that number was up 0.36 from the 2014 midseason finale.  The target audience of F12-34s showed up even more strongly, up 1.56 from last week to 3.83 (and up 1.08 from the 2014 midseason finale).  Despite that giant lead-in, the premiere of NEXT STEP REALTY only managed 0.26 in 18-49s, and 0.60 in F12-34s, and after that, STARTUP U was at 0.13 in 18-49s, and 0.25 in F12-34s.  The night’s #2 show was OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS, up 0.05 to 0.95.  THE DEADLIEST CATCH dropped 0.09 to 0.80, with THE BAIT lead-in at 0.33.  On Spike, INK MASTER rose 0.13 to 0.75, and TATTOO NIGHTMARES was up 0.05 to 0.42.  At TNT, RIZZOLI & ISLES climbed by 0.12 to 0.75, and PROOF surged by 0.13 to 0.40.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NYC gained 0.07 to 0.56.  On Lifetime, DANCE MOMS jumped by two-tenths to 0.54, with a THROWBACK lead-out at 0.30.  Food Network hit the Top 10 with CHOPPED GRILL MASTERS, up 0.16 to 0.52.  TBS’s CLIPPED lost a tick to 0.52.  TOTAL DIVAS (E!) edged up 0.03 to 0.51.  On TLC, LITTLE PEOPLE BIG WORLD rose 0.08 to 0.51, and MY GIANT LIFE shrank by 0.01 to 0.48.  TYRANT (FX) made a case for itself by rising a tenth to 0.49.  HBO’s HARD KNOCKS, this time following the Houston Texans, had its season premiere at 0.46.  On USA, WWE TOUGH ENOUGH gained 0.08 to 0.40, and PLAYING HOUSE was up a hundredth from last week’s 10PM episode to 0.17.  History’s COUNTING CARS was down 0.04 to 0.44 (following a 0.39 clip show lead-in), and LEEPU & PITBULL lost 0.06 to 0.36.  On Syfy, FACE OFF added 0.07 to 0.35.  MTV’s SCREAM fell 0.03 to 0.30 (and 0.08 in F12-34s to 0.62).  ANOTHER PERIOD (Comedy) ticked down to 0.24.  BIG BROTHER AFTER DARK (POP) was at 0.06/147K.
