NETWORK UPDATE:  NCIS, THE FLASH and THE VOICE each gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  It was CNN’s night, thanks to the Nevada DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE, which scored 3.59 for the debate itself, and put 4 other pieces of CNN programming into the Top 10.  Considering that this showdown didn’t feature Donald Trump, the comparison with the 4.94 FOX News had for September’s Republican debate wasn’t bad at all.  Baseball also did well, with both TBS MLB PLAYOFFS games in the Top 10, 1.97 for Mets/Dodgers, and 1.63 for Cubs/Cardinals.  The BET HIP-HOP AWARDS were at 0.93, and a 12-minute “sneak peek” of THE WESTBROOKS that aired as lead-out was at 0.75.  On Spike, INK MASTER gained 0.03 to 0.80.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG grew by 0.02 to 0.63.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 lost 0.06 to 0.54, and DRUNK HISTORY was down 0.09 to 0.34.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK shrank by 0.05 to 0.48.  The timely ESPN 30 BY 30 documentary about USC was at 0.47.  Syfy’s FACE OFF jumped by 0.14 to 0.38.  A&E’s STORAGE WARS fell 0.18 to 0.37 for both its half-hours.  After several steady weeks, FX’s BASTARD EXECUTIONER dropped 0.08 to 0.32.  On Discovery, YUKON MEN declined 0.03 to 0.29.  MTV’s FINDING CARTER gained 0.03 to 0.28.  MONICA THE MEDIUM (ABCFamily) was up 0.04 to 0.16.  TNT’s PUBLIC MORALS edged up 0.02 to 0.13.  MANHATTAN is much more a prestige play for WGN America than a ratings effort, and one hopes everyone involved knows that, since it returned at a tiny 0.03 rating (with 265K total viewers).
