THE VOICE and NCIS gained 0.1 in final numbers, and BEST TIME EVER went down the same. 

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The 0.09 increase for the 2d night of Comedy Central’s THE DAILY SHOW WITH TREVOR NOAH (to 0.53) is somewhat misleading, because on Monday it was simulcast on many other networks.  Still, if the numbers can stay at that level, the show will remain in the ballpark of the Jon Stewart era, and the network will be happy.  Comedy Central’s night began with TOSH.0, up 0.08 from last week to 0.63, and then DRUNK HISTORY was steady at 0.36.  The cable night, meanwhile, was topped by Spike’s INK MASTER, up 0.08 to 0.78, with INK MASTER REDEMPTION down a tenth to 0.51.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG lost 0.28 (to 0.70) compared to last week’s season premiere, which had the advantage of the HAVES AND HAVE NOTS season finale as its lead-in.  E!’s TOTAL DIVAS gained 0.13 to 0.53, and lead-out WAGS was at 0.42.  Food Network’s CHOPPED was at 0.45, with CHOPPED AFTER HOURS at 0.36.  On Bravo, BELOW DECK lost 0.07 to 0.43, while MY FAB 40TH rose 0.06 to 0.23.  FX has to be relieved that BASTARD EXECUTIONER stabilized after last week’s plunge, up 0.02 to 0.41.  Syfy’s FACE OFF ticked down to 0.36.  BAD GIRLS CLUB (Oxygen) was at 0.33.  On Discovery, YUKON MEN dropped 0.09 to 0.30, and REBEL GOLD was down 0.04, also to 0.30.  BET’s REAL HUSBANDS was at 0.25, with PUNKD up 0.02 to 0.19.  On ABCFamily, MONICA THE MEDIUM collapsed by 0.16 to 0.12.  PUBLIC MORALS (TNT) still hasn’t hit bottom, down 0.01 to 0.11.
