NETWORK FINALS:  We expected lots of sports- and weather-driven adjustments from Friday prelims, and here they are.  CBS’s NFL PRESEASON game gained 0.2 to 1.2.  ABC’s WHAT WOULD YOU DO rerun and 20/20 each dropped 0.1 to a respective 0.7/0.7.  FOX’s MASTERCHEF reruns lost 0.1 to 0.5/0.5.  And CW’s MASTERS OF ILLUSION and PENN & TELLER: FOOL US reruns all lost 0.1 to 0.2/0.2/0.2.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Hurricane Harvey coverage dominated Friday cable, with 6 of the Top 10 slots going to Weather Channel WEATHER CENTER LIVE segments, toppd by the 10PM hour at 0.61.  The top non-weather-related show was HBO’s REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER, up 0.06 to 0.48, with a new ROOM 104 weirdly mistakenly listed once again as a rerun, up 0.01 from last week to 0.12/393K.  A&E’s LIVE PD had a different format for the night, with 2 half-hour segments at 0.39/0.36, compared to last Friday’s 3-hour block at 0.68.  MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW easily led cable news at 0.38/2.7M, above CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.32/1.5M, and Fox News’s THE FIVE at 0.26/2.4M.  Adult Swim’s 4AM DAYTIME FIGHTING LEAGUE was at 0.36.  At 9:30AM the previous morning, Nickelodeon’s PAW PATROL was at 0.34, with lead-out sunny day at 0.28.  Disney Channel’s primetime RAVENS HOME slipped 0.02 to 0.29, with lead-out KC UNDERCOVER up a tick to 0.28, and BIZAARDVARK up 0.02 to 0.22.  On Food Network, GUY’S FAMILY ROAD TRIP lost a tick to 0.27.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was at 0.25, HOUSE HUNTERS: WHERE ARE THEY NOW was at 0.23/0.21, and MY LOTTERY DREAM HOUSE fell 0.07 to 0.23.  Discovery’s BERING SEA GOLD gained 0.03 to 0.23.  ID’s DEADLY SINS dropped 0.07 to 0.22.  On Syfy, KILLJOYS ticked up to 0.16, the season finale of DARK MATTER was also up 0.01 to 0.15, and for some reason the season finale of WYNONNA EARP plunged off the chart, down 0.05 to 0.08/439K.  We’s MILLION DOLLAR MATCHMAKER dropped 0.02 to 0.11, and LOVE BLOWS debuted at 0.10.
