NETWORK FINALS:  ABC did the 0.1 network finals shuffle, with DANCING WITH THE STARS up 0.1 and CONVICTION down 0.1 to a new low 0.7.  In addition, THE VOICE, GOTHAM and THE BIG BANG THEORY each gained 0.1, while 2 BROKE GIRLS lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL easily took the night, but the trend of declining NFL ratings continued, as the game lost 0.34 from last week to 2.99.  USA’s WWE was at 1.23/1.17/1.17, considerably above last week’s 0.98/0.93/0.92.  TBS’s telecast of the Blue Jays vs. Indians BASEBALL PLAYOFFS game was at 1.17.  VH1’s LOVE & HIP-HOP shed 0.06 to 0.13, and BLACK INK CREW was down 0.03 to 0.87.  MTV’s TEEN MOM gained 0.07 to 0.73, and MARY & JANE was up 0.02 to 0.20 (LOOSELY, EXACTLY NICOLE didn’t air).  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY held at 0.70, and YOURS, MINE OR OURS ticked down to 0.20.  Discovery’s FAST N LOUD climbed 0.13 to 0.68, and the SACRED STEEL BIKES finale was up 0.08 to 0.35.  On Food Network, HALLOWEEN BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP lost 0.04 to 0.43, and CAKE WARS fell 0.13 to 0.26. History’s AMERICAN PICKERS rose 0.08 to 0.38, and LONE STAR RESTORATION was up 0.05 to 0.20. HGTV aired a pair of HOUSE HUNTERS (0.28/0.24) and a HOUSE HUNTERS INTL at 0.24, and in between had MASTERS OF FLIP at 0.20.
