NETWORK FINALS:  KEVIN CAN WAIT gained 0.1 in final numbers.  (MAN WITH A PLAN’s premiere stayed as-is, even to the next digit, as its final was 1.60.)  Things are starting to get ugly at TIMELESS, where an adjustment lowered the rating by 0.1 to a new low 1.3, barely ahead of SCORPION despite its much higher lead-in.  As expected, football adjustments lowered the numbers at CW, with SUPERGIRL down 0.1 to 0.8, and JANE THE VIRGIN down 0.2 to 0.4.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL was dominant, up a healthy 0.70 to 3.69. VH1’s LOVE & HIP-HOP slipped 0.03 to 1.10, and BLACK INK CREW was down 0.06 to 0.81.  USA’s WWE RAW was at 1.07/0.99/0.96, compared to last week’s 1.23/1.17/1.17.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY gained 0.04 to 0.74, and YOURS, MINE OR OURS was up 0.02 to 0.23.  MTV’s TEEN MOM dropped 0.04 to 0.79, and MARY & JANE was down 0.04 to 0.16.  Discovery aired a 2-hour FAST N LOUD at 0.68, steady with last week’s 1-hour episode.  On Food Network, HALLOWEEN BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP edged up 0.02 to 0.45, and CAKE WARS was up 0.08 to 0.34. History’s PAWN STARS returned at 0.38, and AMERICAN PICKERS was down 0.07 to 0.31, with LONE STAR RESTORATION steady at 0.20.  TBS’s FULL FRONTAL was at 0.34.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS held at 0.28, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was up 0.02 to 0.26.
