NETWORK FINALS:  As with Sunday, Nielsen has released simultaneous preliminary and final network ratings for Monday, so our analysis will appear here with the more up-to-date numbers.

ABC:  The season finale of THE BACHELOR was up half a point from last week to 2.7, which was down 0.2 from the 2016 finale.  The AFTER THE FINAL ROSE after-show was at 2.4, also down 0.2 from 2016.

NBC:  THE VOICE shed 0.1 to 2.6, and TAKEN held at 1.2.

CBS:  KEVIN CAN WAIT, airing for the 1st time in 3 weeks, was down 0.1 to 1.3.  The rest of the line-up was uniformly at 1.1, which translated as down 0.1 for all of MAN WITH A PLAN, SUPERIOR DONUTS, 2 BROKE GIRLS, and SCORPION.

FOX:  24: LEGACY gained 0.1 to 1.0, and APB lost 0.1 to 0.7.

CW:  A rerun HOWIE MANDEL’S ALL-STARS was at 0.2.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The usual networks led Monday cable.  VH1’s LOVE & HIP-HOP ticked down to 1.64, with HIP-HOP SQUARES arriving at 1.08/1.00, and THE BREAKS moving to 10PM, down a tenth to 0.61.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 1.16/1.15/1.09, compared to last week’s 1.17/1.14/1.06. Discovery’s STREET OUTLAWS returned at 0.99, and DIESEL BROTHERS was up 0.16 to 0.92.  MTV’s TEEN MOM slipped 0.04 to 0.78, and the AFTER-SHOW was up 0.09 to 0.63.  On Bravo, VANDERPUMP RULES fell 0.08 to 0.53, and SUMMER HOUSE was down 0.04 to 0.26.  Nickelodeon’s 5PM LOUD HOUSE was at 0.43.  TNT’s NBA doubleheader featured Atlanta vs. San Antonio and Lakers vs. Denver both at 0.42.  A&E’s BATES MOTEL dropped 0.05 to 0.41.  On Freeform, BABY DADDY returned at 0.29, and YOUNG & HUNGRY was at 0.23.  AMC’s HUMANS aired 2 hours at 0.13, up a tick from last week’s single hour.
