NETWORK FINALS:  An adjustment squeezed THE VOICE past THE BACHELOR, although going to the next decimal point, the difference was only 2.06 vs. 2.04.  In addition, MAGNUM PI and THE PASSAGE gained 0.1 in final numbers, while THE RESIDENT lost the same (again, in more detailed numbers, the FOX shows were closer at 0.95 vs. 0.86).

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE telecast was at 1.09/0.98/0.88, compared to last week’s 1.09/1.04/0.92.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP was at 0.62/0.48 compared to last week’s 0.62/0.52, and CARTEL CREW was up 0.04 to 0.33.  On MTV, TEEN MOM gained 0.04 to 0.57, and LINDSAY LOHAN’S BEACH CLUB was down 0.02 to 0.16.  On Bravo, VANDERPUMP RULES rose 0.03 to 0.48, followed by the season premiere of SUMMER HOUSE at 0.19.  TBS’s AMERICAN DAD lost 0.06 to 0.41.  On Food Network, KIDS BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP was at 0.38/0.26 compared to last week’s 0.37/0.30, and WINNER CAKE ALL was down 0.02 to 0.18.  ESPN’s COLLEGE BASKETBALL doubleheader was at 0.37/0.24.  On ID, BETRAYED was at 0.36, and GRAVE MYSTERIES was down 0.02 to 0.24.  Discovery’s STREET OUTLAWS was steady at 0.34.  MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW led cable news at 0.34/0.50/3.2M, with Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.27/0.46/2.9M, and CNN’s CUOMO PRIME TIME at 0.21/0.29/1.2M.  On History, AMERICAN PICKERS climbed 0.08 to 0.31, and PAWN STARS was steady at 0.25.  Nickelodeon’s late afternoon LOUD HOUSE was at 0.31.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL slipped 0.02 to 0.31, HOUSE HUNTERS was at 0.29/0.26 compared to last week’s 0.32/0.29, and HOME TOWN was steady at 0.29.  The finale of TNT’s I AM THE NIGHT edged up 0.02 to 0.29.  The concluding half of HBO’s LEAVING NEVERLAND was at 0.26, down a hefty 0.15 from Sunday’s installment, and the lead-out AFTER NEVERLAND special was at 0.23 (plus 0.08 in its OWN simulcast).  TLC’s COUNTING ON dropped 0.04 to 0.23.  Freeform’s SHADOWHUNTERS fell 0.02 to 0.11.
