NETWORK FINALS:  ABC swapped 0.1s between its 8PM and 10PM shows, with DANCING WITH THE STARS up and QUANTICO down (the latter to a terrible 0.5).  In addition, KEVIN CAN WAIT gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Not even the NBA PLAYOFFS could keep VH1’s LOVE & HIP-HOP from the top of Monday cable, where it was up 0.06 to 1.58, with the return of BASKETBALL WIVES at 1.27 (compared to 0.93/0.79 for last week’s HIP-HOP SQUARES in that slot), and the return of TI & TINY at 1.16/1.14 (compared to 0.47 for THE BREAKS).  TNT’s NBA PLAYOFFS games were at 1.47/1.33, led by Cleveland vs. Indiana.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 1.22/1.18/1.17, compared to last week’s 1.31/1.24/1.19.  Discovery’s STREET OUTLAWS ticked up to 0.95, followed by CAR SAVIORS at 0.39. MTV’s TEEN MOM more than doubled last week’s special hour to 0.67, with an AFTER-SHOW at 0.47. On Bravo, VANDERPUMP RULES (Bravo shows tend to air “finales” and then just keep going) rose 0.03 to 0.58, SOUTHERN CHARM slipped 0.03 to 0.43, and SWEET HOME OKLAHOMA was down 0.03 to 0.21.  AMC’s BETTER CALL SAUL dropped 0.16 from last week’s season premiere to 0.54.  On TBS, AMERICAN DAD climbed 0.04 to 0.53, and ANGIE TRIBECA ticked down to 0.30.  The next-to-last BATES MOTEL on A&E was steady at 0.42.  On History, PAWN STARS was at 0.35/0.33, almost equal to last week’s 0.34/0.33, and AMERICAN PICKERS was down 0.08 to 0.26.  On HGTV, TINY HOUSE HUNTERS was at 0.33/0.29 compared to last week’s 0.30/0.29, and HOUSE HUNTERS was up a tick to 0.33.   On Freeform, BABY DADDY fell 0.04 to 0.19, and THE TWINS held at 0.06.  Food Network’s HELP MY YELP fell 0.07 to 0.17.
