NETWORK FINALS:  Unusually, it was THE VOICE that lost 0.1 in final numbers, while BLINDSPOT kept its morning rating.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Two low-rated shows returned low.  AMC’s TURN was down 0.07 from last season’s premiere to 0.13.  Freeform’s MONICA THE MEDIUM was down 0.03 from last year’s premiere to 0.11.  The 2d installment of Sundance’s REBELLION suggested that the miniseries can’t end soon enough, with a zero rating in 18-49s and 84K total viewers.  At the other end of trhe spectrum, VH1’s LOVE & HIP-HOP added a hundredth to top Monday cable at 1.48, with BLACK INK CREW steady at 1.29.  TNT’s NBA PLAYOFFS Portland vs.Clippers game was at 1.37, and the Oklahoma City vs. Dallas game was at 1.03.  (NBA TV’s Miami vs. Charlotte game was at 0.25.) USA’s WWE coverage was at 1.15/1.14/1.06, compared to last week’s 1.25/1.24/1.08.  MTV’s TEEN MOM slipped 0.03 to 0.91, with the week’s after-show “special” down 0.16 to 0.47.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS moved out of New Orleans and jumped 0.39 to 0.83, with MISFIT GARAGE up 0.15 to 0.57. On TBS, AMERICAN DAD added 0.02 to 0.58, THE DETOUR rose 0.06 to 0.41, and FULL FRONTAL was up 0.03 to 0.28.  NBC Sports Net’s NHL PLAYOFFS game was at 0.58.  On A&E, BATES MOTEL held at 0.49, and DAMIEN ticked up to 0.17.  History’s SWAMP PEOPLE gained 0.03 to 0.48, and IRON & FIRE was at 0.29/0.27, compared to last week’s 0.26. Bravo’s SOUTHERN CHARM dropped 0.09 to 0.40, and REAL HOUSEWIVES OF DALLAS fell 0.06 to 0.31.  On HGTV, TINY HOUSE BIG LIVING was at 0.38/0.35, HOUSE HUNTERS fell 0.15 to 0.36, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was at 0.34, and LISTED SISTERS was down 0.03 to 0.27.  Food Network’s CUPCAKE WARS rose 0.06 to 0.28, and CAKE MASTERS gained 0.04 to 0.26.  On Logo, RUPAUL’S DRAG RACE ticked down to 0.16, and GAY FOR PLAY lost 0.02 to 0.06.  On Syfy, 12 MONKEYS fell 0.04 from its terrible season premiere to 0.10, HUNTERS dropped 0.02 to 0.08, and the series finale of BITTEN managed an extra hundredth to 0.08.
