NETWORK FINALS:  There was some shuffling in the DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION ratings, as both NBC and CBS gained 0.1 in final numbers, and ABC lost the same.  Also down 0.1 were the reruns of the MADTV 20TH ANNIVERSARY special and PENN & TELLER: FOOL US.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Last week was FOX News’s, but the DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION belongs to CNN, which had 4 shows in the Top 10, led by 1.52 in the 10PM hour.  (FOX News’s top hour was 11PM at 0.54, and CNN even towered in total viewers, 6.3M vs 3.5M in their respective leading hours.)  MSNBC also hit the Top 10 at 10PM with 0.87.  Otherwise, it was business more or less as usual. VH1’s LOVE & HIP-HOP eased off by 0.05 to 1.35, and TI & TINY was up 0.04 to 0.90. On USA, WWE coverage was at 1.24/1.24/1.21, compared to last week’s 1.18/1.16/1.05.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY shed 0.02 to 0.65, and ODD MOM OUT fell 0.09 to 0.18. On Discovery, MISFIT GARAGE edged up 0.03 to 0.53, and VEGAS RAT RODS returned at 0.46.  On TNT, RIZZOLI & ISLES ticked up to 0.53, and MAJOR CRIMES dropped 0.04 to 0.46.  MTV’s ARE YOU THE ONE dropped a tick to 0.36.  On HGTV, TINY HOUSE, BIG LIVING rose 0.05 to 0.35, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was up 0.02 to 0.35, and HOUSE HUNTERS was at 0.33.  At Freeform, THE FOSTERS ticked up to 0.34, and GUILT was up 0.03 to 0.11.  Lifetime’s DEVIOUS MAIDS gained 0.03 to 0.30, and UNREAL stayed at 0.20.  On Food Network, CAKE WARS fell 0.02 to 0.28, and CUPCAKE WARS CELEBRITY was down a hundredth to 0.22.  TBS’s FULL FRONTAL was steady at 0.25, and ANGIE TRIBECA dropped 0.06 to 0.19.  AMC’s MAKING OF THE MOB was at 0.16.
