NETWORK FINALS:  That promising start for CW’s SUPERGIRL reruns wasn’t so promising after all, as the morning number for 9PM was apparently due to a local baseball preemption in Chicago, and the rating came down 0.2 in final numbers to a much more pedestrian 0.3.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  With convention season over, Mondays returned to form, with VH1 on top thanks to LOVE & HIP-HOP, steady at 1.35, with TI & TINY down 0.09 to 0.81, and SHAUNIE’S HOME COURT at 0.66.  USA’s WWE was at 1.27/1.26/1.19, compared to last week’s 1.24/1.24/1.21.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY gained 0.04 to 0.69, and ODD MOM OUT was up 0.02 to 0.20. On TNT, RIZZOLI & ISLES edged up 0.02 to 0.55, and MAJOR CRIMES was down 0.03 to 0.46. Discovery’s MISFIT GARAGE lost 0.04 to 0.49, and VEGAS RAT RODS was down 0.02 to 0.44.  On Freeform, THE FOSTERS climbed 0.09 to 0.43, and GUILT ticked up to 0.12. HGTV’s HOUSE HUNTERS added 0.06 to 0.39, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL ticked up to 0.36, and TINY HOUSE HUNTERS was at 0.38. MTV’s ARE YOU THE ONE slipped 0.02 to 0.34.  On TBS, FULL FRONTAL gained 0.05 to 0.30, and ANGIE TRIBECA was up 0.05 to 0.24. Lifetime’s DEVIOUS MAIDS shed 0.02 to 0.28, and UNREAL was down 0.02 to 0.18.  On Food Network, CAKE WARS declined 0.04 to 0.24, and CUPCAKE WARS lost a tick to 0.21.  AMC’s MAKING OF THE MOB rose 0.02 to 0.18.
