NETWORK FINALS:  Things slid a bit for ABC after football adjustment, as expected, but even a 0.2 drop to 2.2 for THE GOOD DOCTOR is a terrific result (DANCING WITH THE STARS dipped 0.1). There were also several adjustments at CBS, with THE BIG BANG THEORY up 0.2 to 4.1, YOUNG SHELDON up 0.1 to 3.8, and ME, MYSELF & I down 0.1 to 1.6.  In addition, NBC’s THE BRAVE premiere lost 0.1 to 1.3, and FOX’s SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE finale was down 0.1 to 0.5.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Notwithstanding what presidential tweets might say, ESPN’s MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL had a big night, up 0.77 from last week to 5.05.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP rose 0.08 to 1.10, and it was followed by 3 episodes of HIP-HOP SQUARES at 0.64/0.60/0.53.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 1.04/1.04/0.88, compared to last week’s 0.99/0.94/0.84.  MTV’s TEEN MOM ticked down to 0.73, and SIESTA KEY was up 0.02 to 0.38.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY edged up 0.02 to 0.61, and REAL HOUSEWIVES OF DALLAS was up 0.06 to 0.35.  Food Network’s HALLOWEEN BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP arrived at 0.40.  On Discovery, DIESEL BROTHERS slipped 0.03 to 0.36, and GEAR DOGS was up 0.04 to 0.24.  Cable news was led by MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.32/2.7M, ahead in the demo of Fox News’s HANNITY at 0.31/3.3M (HANNITY led in the 25-54 demo, 0.55 to 0.49), and both in front of CNN’s healthcare DEBATE NIGHT at 0.30/1.4M (and 0.39).  TLC’s COUNTING ON was steady at 0.29, and MEET THE PUTMANS was down 0.04 to 0.19.  The season finale of TBS’s PEOPLE OF EARTH slipped 0.02 to 0.25.  On Comedy Central, THE DAILY SHOW gave a 0.32 lead-in to new companion show THE OPPOSITION, which debuted at 0.24.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL dropped 0.04 to 0.24, HOUSE HUNTERS shed 0.07 to 0.23, and a quartet of TINY LUXURY episodes were at 0.17/0.17/0.17/0.16.  ID’s EVIL TWINS debuted at 0.19.
