CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:    ESPN’s COLLEGE FOOTBALL game dominated Monday cable at 1.87.  USA’s WWE telecast was at 1.00/0.97/0.95, compared to last week’s 1.04/0.97/0.89.  On VH1, LOVE & HIP-HOP gained 0.07 to 0.99.  On Discovery, STREET OUTLAWS dropped 0.06 to 0.61, and DIESEL BROTHERS was down 0.15 to 0.37.  On AMC, BETTER CALL SAUL rose 0.04 to 0.43, and LODGE 49 was down 0.02 to 0.08.  On MTV, TEEN MOM fell 0.22 to 0.37 compared to last week’s Reunion special, and FLORIBAMA SHORE was down a tenth to 0.31.  ID’s TWISTED SISTERS arrived at 0.37, and EVIL LIVES HERE was up 0.03 to 0.33.  Nickelodeon’s noon PAW PATROL placed #16 at 0.34.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL climbed 0.09 to 0.33, HOUSE HUNTERS gained 0.06 to 0.32, and LOVE IT OR LIST IT was at 0.29.  On Food Network, KIDS BAKING CHAMPIONSHIP was steady at 0.28, and BAKED launched at 0.16/0.13.  CNN’s telecast of the theatrical movie RBG was at 0.23.  On TLC, COUNTING ON shed a tenth to 0.21, and LITTLE LIFE ON THE PRAIRIE was down 0.04 to 0.12.  Bravo’s SOUTHERN CHARM was down 0.04 to 0.13.  REST IN POWER gained 0.02 to 0.09 on Paramount.
