NETWORK FINALS:  Once again NFL PRESEASON games led to heavy adjustments.  Both episodes of 48 HOURS fell 0.3, the rerun of NCIS: NEW ORLEANS dropped 0.2, and there were 0.1 declines for the reruns of BEAT SHAZAM, PRESS YOUR LUCK and CARD SHARKS.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  A&E’s LIVE PD led Saturday cable, up 0.02 to 0.59.  As always, theatrical movie ratings hit our chart when the networks list them as “originals,” and it’s worth noting that superhero movies continue to be the coin of the pop culture realm, with a 0.59 rating for AQUAMAN on HBO and 0.28 for WONDER WOMAN on TNT.  NFL Network’s NFL PRESEASON game was at 0.51.  Adult Swim’s line-up performed as follows:   DRAGON BALL at 0.33 and 0.10/284K & 0.12/286K, compared to last week’s 0.31 and 0.12/343K & 0.11/310K, GEN LOCK up 0.03 to 0.20, FIRE FORCE up 0.05 to 0.20/372K, LUPIN THE 3RD up 0.04 to 0.17, FOOD WARS steady at 0.16, BLACK CLOVER down 0.01 to 0.15/283K, BORUTO down 0.02 to 0.13, NARUTO sdown 0.02 to 0.12/239K, MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM steady at 0.13/237K, MY HERO ACADEMIA up 0.01 to 0.13/282K, and GEMUSETTO MACHU PICCHU up 0.01 to 0.09/175K.  Nickelodeon’s morning SPONGEBOB was at 0.28, with lead-out LEGO CITY ADVENTURES at 0.19, and the network’s KID CHOICE SPORTS AWARDS special bifurcated with 0.19 in the Nickelodeon hour and 0.16 once Nick At Nite took over.  (Simulcasts were at 0.02/69K on TeenNick and 0.01/47K on Nicktoons.)  Food Network’s DINERS, DRIVE-INS & DIVES was at 0.24/0.19, and RESTAURANT: IMPOSSIBLE was at 0.21/0.20/0.16 compared to last week’s 0.22/0.22/0.17, while in the morning, KITCHEN AT FN lost 0.02 to 0.19.  MTV’s RIDICULOUSNESS was at 0.23.  Hallmark’s original movie A TASTE OF SUMMER was at 0.22.  ID’s FORBIDDEN ticked up to 0.20.  HGTV’s line-up was led by BOISE BOYS, steady at 0.19.  Lifetime’s original movie FALLEN HEARTS was at 0.18.  HBO’s comedy special MY FAVORITE SHAPES was at 0.15.  TLC’s SAY YES TO THE DRESS rose 0.03 to 0.12.  OWN’s BLACK LOVE returned at 0.07, and an IYANLA special was at 0.06.
