NETWORK FINALS:  The US GYMNASTICS CHAMPIONSHIPS and the rerun of PENN & TELLER: FOOL US each lost 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  AMC’s FEAR THE WALKING DEAD returned from a 3-week break, and although it led Sunday scripted cable, it fell a tenth to 0.38, while PREACHER ticked down to 0.14, and an edition of TALKING DEAD was at 0.06.  The season finale of CLAWS gained 0.03 to 0.31 on TNT, and was up 0.02 to 0.14 on TBS (last season’s finale was at 0.53 on TNT alone).  Adult Swim’s SQUIDBILLIES returned at 0.27/0.26.  Hallmark’s GOOD WITCH rose 0.03 to 0.21.  HBO’s SUCCESSION returned at 0.18, up 0.03 from its series premiere last year but down 0.02 from the Season 1 finale (as is standard these days, the network claims significant growth via digital viewing), and LAST WEEK TONIGHT was up 0.02 to 0.26.  On Showtime, CITY ON A HILL dropped 0.02 to 0.06, and the finale of THE LOUDEST VOICE ticked up to 0.05.  On Starz, THE ROOK climbed 0.02 to 0.05, and SWEETBITTER was off the chart, steady at 0.02/108K.

TLC’s 90 DAY FIANCE topped Sunday cable overall, up 0.07 to 0.65, with UNEXPECTED down a tick to 0.35.  NBC Sports Net’s NASCAR race was at 0.43, and its PREMIER LEAGUE match was at 0.41.  Food Network’s WORST COOKS IN AMERICA ticked down to 0.35.  On Discovery, SERENGETI fell 0.18 from last week’s premiere to 0.34, ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE was down 0.04 to 0.31,and RAISING WILD was at 0.17.  MTV’s RIDICULOUSNESS rose 0.05 to 0.31.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF THE POTOMAC dropped 0.07 to 0.30, and SOUTHERN CHARM ticked down to 0.19.  ESPN’s MLB game was at 0.28.  Paramount’s BAR RESCUE lost 0.06 to 0.27.  HGTV’s line-up was led by ISLAND HUNTERS at 0.26.  On ID, EVIL LIVES HERE held at 0.26, and IMPACT OF MURDER ticked up to 0.24.  History’s FOOD THAT BUILT AMERICA was at 0.22.  BET’s SUNDAY BEST shed a tick to 0.20.  On E!, FLIP IT LIKE DISICK gained 0.02 to 0.18, and REVENGE BODY was up 0.04 to 0.11.  VH1’s WILD N OUT was at 0.17/0.17, compared to last week’s 0.19/0.18.
