NETWORK FINALS:  The adjusted CBS line-up rated as follows compared to last week’s finals:  60 MINUTES up 0.04 to 1.1, BIG BROTHER steady at 1.6, a rerun NCIS: LA at 0.5, and a new episode of ELEMENTARY at 0.4.  Elsewhere, the TEEN CHOICE awards gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The midseason premiere of AMC’s FEAR THE WALKING DEAD was at 0.68, far down from the fall’s 1.63 season premiere, but that had a WALKING DEAD lead-in; it was also down a tenth from last September’s midseason premiere.  Lead-out PREACHER slipped 0.02 to 0.28, and TALKIND DEAD returned at 0.15.  The season finale of TNT’s CLAWS was up 0.09 from last week to 0.53, which was down 0.03 from the 2017 finale.  On HBO, after SHARP OBJECTS lost 0.04 to 0.32, the season premiere of BALLERS was at 0.47, hugely down from the 2017 1.22 premiere, but that had a GAME OF THRONES lead-in; similarly, INSECURE’s 0.31 season premiere was way down from 2017’s 0.56 on the same night; LAST WEEK TONIGHT wound up the evening up 0.07 to 0.34.  Starz’s POWER gained 0.03 to 0.59.  Adult Swim’s VENTURE BROTHERS stayed at 0.34.  Hallmark’s CHESAPEAKE SHORES slipped 0.02 to 0.19.  On Showtime, WHO IS AMERICA lost 0.02 to 0.11, THE AFFAIR was steady at 0.10, and OUR CARTOON PRESIDENT stayed off the chart but rose 0.02 to 0.05/161K.

TLC’s 90 DAY FIANCE led unscripted, down a tick to 0.61, with lead-out UNEXPECTED down 0.07 to 0.30.  On E!, KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS dropped 0.06 to 0.58, and VERY CAVALLARI was down 0.07 to 0.25.  ESPN’s MLB SUNDAY NIGHT game was at 0.49.  VH1’s BASKETBALL WIVES held at 0.42.  NBC Sports Net’s NASCAR coverage was at 0.39.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF THE POTOMAC climbed 0.04 to 0.37.  Discovery’s NAKED & AFRAID dropped 0.04 to 0.37, with the lead-in hour at 0.28, and ULTIMATE NINJA CHALLENGE was down 0.04 to 0.16.  HGTV’s line-up was led by ISLAND LIFE at 0.37/0.34.  On Food Network, WORST COOKS IN AMERICA returned at 0.35.  TNT’s morning PGA CHAMPIONSHIP coverage was at 0.34.  On MTV, RIDICULOUSNESS was at 0.34/0.33/0.31/0.29/0.29, compared to last week’s 0.31/0.30/0.28.  On ID, AMERICAN MONSTER gained 0.02 to 0.29, and ON THE CASE was steady at 0.26.  Paramount’s BAR RESCUE fell 0.14 to 0.24.
