NETWORK FINALS:  SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL adjusted to 5.3, up 0.1 from last week’s final.  Other changes:  on CBS, BIG BROTHER gained 0.1, and on FOX, THE SIMPSONS lost 0.3 due to afternoon football adjustment.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  FX’s FARGO returned to the air for the first time since 2017 with a heavy-duty 2-episode premiere that ran 2 hours and 45 minutes.  With those points in mind, it had some excuses for coming in at 0.21/0.13 compared to 0.40 for its last premiere.  On Showtime, the first part of THE COMEY RULE  was at a low 0.04, although that still put it above the rest of the line-up, with THE CIRCUS down 0.01 to 0.01/202K, OUR CARTOON PRESIDENT steady at 0.01/121K, and the new episode of DESUS & MERO down a tick to a dismal zero/40K.

Sunday scripted was led by HBO’s LAST WEEK TONIGHT, returning from a break at 0.23, with LOVECRAFT COUNTRY up 0.02 to 0.20, and THE VOW up a tick to 0.09.  Adult Swim’s TIGTONE was at 0.19/0.15, compared to last week’s 0.25/0.22.  Starz’s POWER BOOK 2: GHOST gained 0.02 to 0.17. 

ESPN’s NBA PLAYOFFS game topped Sunday cable at 1.36.  TLC’s 90 DAY FIANCE dropped 0.09 to 0.79 (the after-show was down a tick to 0.31), with DARCEY & STACEY up 0.03 to 0.43.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF THE POTOMAC gained 0.05 to 0.34.  On Food Network, HALLOWEEN WARS ticked down to 0.27, and OUTRAGEOUS PUMPKINS was at 0.19.  NBC Sports Net’s NASCAR race was at 0.22.  On HGTV, RENOVATION INC was steady at 0.22, CARIBBEAN LIFE was at 0.20/0.19 compared to last week’s 0.19/0.16, MEXICO LIFE dropped 0.05 to 0.16, and WELCOME TO THE JUNGLE was down 0.06 to 0.16.  ID’s JOE EXOTIC was at 0.20.  On Discovery, ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE slipped 0.02 to 0.20, EXPEDITION TO THE EDGE lost 0.04 to 0.08, and NAKED & AFRAID: FOREIGN ticked down to 0.05.  Paramount’s BAR RESCUE rose 0.04 to 0.12.
