NETWORK FINALS:  Now that we have final ratings for CBS, let’s take a look at how the line-up fared.  THE BIG BANG THEORY, at 2.7, was down 0.7 from its Thursday premiere last fall, a 20% drop.  YOUNG SHELDON held its lead-in well at 2.2, which was higher than the 1.9 THE GREAT INDOORS had in that slot last year despite the lower-lead-in.  MOM’s season premiere was down just 0.1 from 2016 to 1.4.  LIFE IN PIECES dropped 0.2 from last year’s premiere to 1.2.  SWAT premiered at 1.1, up 0.1 from 2016’s PURE GENIUS and enough to win the hour.  Elsewhere, WILL & GRACE gained 0.1 in finals.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  NFL Network didn’t have to share THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL with a broadcast network, and its rating zoomed 0.83 from last week to 1.92.  TNT’s NBA doubleheader was at 0.77/0.75.  On Lifetime, PROJECT RUNWAY edged up 0.02 to 0.48, and AMERICAN BEAUTY STAR was up a tick to 0.10.  USA aired a pair of CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST episodes at 0.45/0.43.  On Tru, IMPRACTICAL JOKERS was at 0.39/0.33, compared to last week’s 0.33/0.30, with the AFTER PARTY post show at 0.30.  MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW topped cable news at 0.36/0.52/3.1M, ahead in the 18-49 demo of Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.34/0.55/3.3M, and CNN’s ERIN BURNETT OUTFRONT at 0.27/0.34/1.2M.  On ID, HOME ALONE ticked up to 0.32, and BLOOD RELATIVES was up 0.02 to 0.23.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL lost 0.04 to 0.28, HOUSE HUNTERS fell 0.08 to 0.25, and FLIP OR FLOP was up 0.02 to 0.22.  Bravo’s MILLION DOLLAR LISTING was at 0.24, and REAL ESTATE WARS was up 0.06 to 0.15.  On Food Network, BEAT BOBBY FLAY was steady at 0.24, and CHOPPED was down 0.07 to 0.21.  History’s ICE ROAD TRUCKERS dropped 0.05 to 0.17.  We’s MARY MARY ticked up to 0.15.  On Comedy Central, NATHAN FOR YOU fell 0.05 to 0.13, and THE PRESIDENT SHOW ticked down to 0.11.  FX’s BETTER THINGS ticked up to 0.13.  A&E’s THE ELEVEN lost 0.03 to 0.13.  On Syfy, VAN HELSING ticked up to 0.13, and GHOST WARS was down 0.02 to 0.08.  E!’s THE PLATINUM LIFE was at 0.10.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING rose 0.02 to 0.06.
