CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Two smackdowns topped Thursday cable, but it was USA’s WWE match that prevailed, down a tenth to 0.75 (and followed by a steady 0.39 for COLONY).  Wrestling edged out CNN’s coverage of the PBS DEMOCRATIC DEBATE at 0.73.  (The debate, skewing much older, did decisively win the night in total viewers.)  Spike’s LIP SYNC BATTLE fell 0.18 to 0.58.  On HGTV, FLIP OR FLOP fell a tenth to 0.53, HOUSE HUNTERS was up 0.03 to 0.47, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL held at 0.44.  True’s IMPRACTICAL JOKERS returned at 0.51, and served as lead-in to the network’s first sitcom THOSE WHO CAN’T, which debuted meekly at 0.23, with a 2d episode at 0.16.  TNT’s NBA game was at 0.47 for New Orleans vs. Oklahoma City.  On Bravo, TOP CHEF was down 0.04 to 0.39, and RECIPE FOR DECEPTION sank 0.02 to 0.09.  On Comedy Central, WORKAHOLICS gained 0.05 to 0.35, and IDIOTSITTER fell 0.02 to 0.20.  On MTV, RIDICULOUSNESS lost 0.02 to 0.33, and BEST PARTY STORY EVER ticked down to 0.16, while BROKE A$$ GAME SHOW held at 0.11.  On Lifetime, PROJECT RUNWAY ALL STARS premiered at 0.32, and CHILD GENIUS dropped 0.03 to 0.17.  On We, GROWING UP HIP-HOP edged down 0.02 to 0.31, and TAMAR & VINCE fell 0.04 to 0.25.  FX’s BASKETS held at 0.27.  IFC’s PORTLANDIA gained a tick to 0.08.  BBCAmerica’s LONDON SPY fell a hundredth to 0.02/72K.
