NETWORK FINALS:  WHEN WE RISE fell another 0.1 in final numbers, putting it at 0.4 and ignominiously even below the documentary hour that preceded it.  The LIFE IN PIECES rerun also dropped 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  TNT’s NBA doubleheader topped Thursday cable, with Golden State vs. Chicago at 0.96, and Oklahoma City vs. Portland at 0.75.  History’s SWAMP PEOPLE had a 0.14 bump to 0.59.  Bravo’s TOP CHEF finale jumped 0.13 to 0.50.  On HGTV, FLIP OR FLOP climbed 0.08 to 0.49, and HOUSE HUNTERS rose 0.13 to 0.46.  A&E’s 60 DAYS IN returned at 0.48, with NIGHTWATCH up 0.11 to 0.39, and FIRST 48 was at 0.29.  Tru’s IMPRACTICAL JOKERS gained 0.04 to 0.45, and the INSIDE JOKES after-show was steady at 0.23.  It was a good night for Comedy Central’s THE DAILY SHOW, which unusually broke into the Top 10 at 0.43.  The tenor of the news these days often dictates which 24-hour service gets the night’s ratings, and with Jeff Sessions’s recusal dominating the evening, even though THE O’REILLY FACTOR gave Fox News the Thursday win at 0.41, MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW was close behind at 0.35 (and while O’Reilly nearly doubled Maddow in the 50+ demo, they were virtually tied among the 12-34 and 18-34 groups).  Food Network’s BEAT BOBBY FLAY slipped 0.03 to 0.31.  On MTV, WILD N OUT returned at 0.27/0.22.  On CMT, NASHVILLE jumped 0.08 off last week’s big episode to 0.27 (plus a 0.15 Nick At Nite run, up 0.02), but the 2d episode of SUN RECORDS fell 0.05 to 0.15 (with no simulcasts).  USA’s COLONY ticked up to 0.26. TLC’s SKIN TIGHT debuted at 0.22, 0.01 ahead of MY 600-LB LIFE.  FX’s BASKETS lost 0.02 to 0.20. E!’s REVENGE BODY shed 0.02 to 0.16.  We’s LA HAIR held at 0.14.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING stayed at 0.07.  IFC’s PORTLANDIA lost 0.01, enough to throw it off the chart at 0.05/109K.
