NETWORK FINALS:  THE BLACKLIST and the rerun BIG BANG THEORY gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The year’s Presidential race continues to be a ratings draw, as CNN’s NY DEMOCRATIC DEBATE topped Thursday cable with 1.16.  A&E’s 60 DAYS IN continued climbing, up 0.07 to 0.85, although THE FIRST 48 slipped 0.02 to 0.52.  ESPN’s 30 FOR 30 documentary THIS MAGIC MOMENT was at 0.78.  USA’s WWE was steady at 0.71.  On History, VIKINGS lost 0.03 to 0.63, and JOIN OR DIE fell 0.05 to 0.16.  Spike’s LIP SYNC BATTLE gained 0.03 to 0.58.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL roes 0.11 to 0.46, and HOUSE HUNTERS was up 0.09 to 0.43, with MASTERS OF FLIP also up 0.09 to 0.37.  FX’s ARCHER remained at 0.41.  On Tru, IMPRACTICAL JOKERS gained 0.04 to 0.40, and THOSE WHO CAN’T ticked down to 0.15.  On Food Network, COOKS VS CONS was down 0.01 to 0.34, and BEAT BOBBY FLAY dropped 0.05 to 0.33.  Lifetime’s PROJECT RUNWAY ALL STARS held at 0.32.  An ALONE special on History was at 0.28.  On We, MARY MARY rose 0.03 to 0.26, and SISTERS IN LAW ticked up to 0.11.  MTV’s REAL WORLD stayed at 0.25 with a special post-show at 0.13.  ORPHAN BLACK returned to BBCAmerica at 0.08, down by almost half from its 0.15 June 2015 season finale (on a Saturday), and the AFTER THE BLACK after-show debuted at 0.05/149K (perhaps helped by the fact that on some systems, both shows were listed together as a single 90-minute broadcast).
