NETWORK FINALS:  Adjustments pushed THIS IS US up 0.4 to a new series high 3.0, but that’s a bit misleading, because the episode aired twice on the West Coast, at 9PM and again at 10PM, and the final rating includes their cumulative total.  In addition, THE MICK gained 0.1 and BONES lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  Between President Obama’s address and the salacious Trump stories, it’s not a shock that CNN found itself at the top of the Tuesday cable ratings, led by the 9PM hour of ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 1.04.  It was also a good night for THE RACHEL MADDOW SHOW on MSNBC at 0.56, but Fox News viewers wanted none of it, with a night topped by TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.34.  Meanwhile, FX’s TABOO had a solid start with 0.63 for a 81-minute episode.  On A&E, the finale of LEAH REMINI: SCIENTOLOGY & THE AFTERMATH was up 0.02 to 0.64.  The season premiere of BET’s BEING MARY JANE was at 0.56.  On TLC, OUTDAUGHTERED was up 0.09 to 0.44, while the season finales of LITTLE PEOPLE BIG WORLD and KATE PLUS 8 were respectively up 0.05 to 0.42 and down 0.02 to 0.29.  The season finale of TNT’s GOOD BEHAVIOR gained 0.02 to 0.21.

History’s CURSE OF OAK ISLAND was the top non-news show, down 0.07 to 0.92, with FORGED IN FIRE at 0.51.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN slipped 0.03 to 0.85, and SHOOTER was up 0.02 to 0.48. HGTV’s FIXER UPPER lost 0.02 to 0.79, HOUSE HUNTERS was down 0.05 to 0.43, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL dropped 0.11 to 0.35.  OWN’s HAVES AND HAVE NOTS was down a big 0.27 from last week to 0.63.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS dropped a tenth to 0.60, and LADIES OF LONDON was down 0.08 to 0.19.  Discovery’s MOONSHINERS gained 0.04 to 0.58, and KILLING FIELDS was up 0.04 to 0.38.  Food Network’s CHOPPED rose 0.03 to 0.41, and CHOPPED JR was down 0.03 to 0.30.  Lifetime’s DANCE MOMS fell 0.05 to 0.33.  On MTV, TEEN WOLF dropped 0.02 to 0.19, and SWEET/VICIOUS fell off the chart, down 0.02 to 0.06/142K.  Tru’s BILLY ON THE STREET gained 0.03 to 0.12.
