NETWORK FINALS:  KEVIN (PROBABLY) SAVES THE WORLD and the rerun of THE FLASH dropped 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN led Tuesday cable, down 0.06 to 0.76.  On History, CURSE OF OAK ISLAND fell 0.11 to 0.73, and HUNTING HITLER was also down 0.11 to 0.36.  OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS returned at 0.63.  On HGTV, FIXER UPPER lost 0.05 to 0.61, RESTORED BY THE FORDS dropped 0.06 to 0.38, and HOUSE HUNTERS rose 0.02 to 0.34.  The 9PM cycle of MTV’s THE CHALLENGE edged up 0.02 to 0.58, and the 10PM cycle was down 0.05 to 0.39.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS gained 0.03 to 0.57, and STRIPPED was down 0.05 to 0.17.  ESPN’s COLLEGE B BASKETBALL doubleheader was at 0.47/0.45.  On Discovery, MOONSHINERS climbed 0.05 to 0.46, with a pre-show hour was at 0.26, and lead-out TESLA’S DEATH RAY was down 0.06 to 0.21.  MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW continues to dominate the early 2018 cable news race at 0.45/0.63/3.2M, above Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.32/0.52/2.8M and CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.24/0.29/1M.  The season premiere of VH1’s AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL was at 0.45.  On TBS, DROP THE MIC returned at 0.43.  On Lifetime, MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT rose 0.06 to 0.42.  Food Network’s CHOPPED added 0.03 for 0.34.  Spike’s INK MASTER returned at 0.34.  On TLC, MY BIG FAT FABULOUS LIFE dipped 0.04 to 0.31, and I AM JAZZ was down 0.09 to 0.23.  On A&E, UNDERCOVER HIGH premiered at 0.30, and INTERVENTION was down 0.07 to 0.26.  The series finale of TNT’s MAJOR CRIMES climbed 0.03 to 0.30.  On ID, GRAVE SECRETS was at 0.30/0.25, compared to last week’s 0.28.  The midseason premiere of Freeform’s THE FOSTERS was at 0.22, down 0.11 from the September finale, and down 0.18 from last January’s midseason premiere.  TV Land’s TEACHERS shed 0.02 to 0.09.
