NETWORK FINALS:  MIXED-ISH lost 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  CNN’s DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES DEBATE led Tuesday cable at 1.50/2.01/8.6M, down 0.6 from the last debate on ABC, with Fox News’s HANNITY at 0.27/0.46/3.1M, and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.16/0.25/1.7M.  TBS’s NLCS MLB PLAYOFFS game was at 1.25 (followed by a preview of THE MISERY INDEX at 0.17), and Fox Sports 1’s ALCS MLB PLAYOFFS game was at 0.87.  FX’s MAYANS MC gained 0.04 to 0.44.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY dropped 0.06 to 0.43, and IN A MAN’S WORLD was at 0.08.  On MTV, TEEN MOM fell 0.09 to 0.36, and GHOSTED was down 0.09 to 0.10.  On TLC, COUNTING ON returned at 0.31, and OUTDAUGHTERED was steady at 0.31.  ESPN’s documentary CHUCK & TITO was at 0.29.  A&E’s THE FIRST 48 rose 0.07 to 0.25.  It was premiere night on USA, where THE PURGE returned at 0.25 (down two-tenths from last season’s premiere) plus 0.10/306K from a Syfy simulcast, and TREADSTONE had its official premiere (after a “sneak peek” at 0.26 following a WWE lead-in last month) at 0.15 plus 0.06/291K from Syfy.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 lost 0.07 to 0.22, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW was up 0.02 to 0.11.  Food Network’s CHOPPED ticked up to 0.19, and OUTRAGEOUS PUMPKINS was at 0.18.  Discovery’s BERING SEA GOLD dropped 0.05 to 0.19.  On ID, RELATIVELY EVIL was at 0.18.  OWN’s GREENLEAF shrank by 0.05 to 0.18.  History’s CURSE OF OAK ISLAND special held at 0.16.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS lost 0.03 to 0.16, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL dropped 0.05 to 0.15, and STAY OR SELL was down 0.02 to 0.15.  Paramount’s INK MASTER: GRUDGE MATCH edged up 0.02 to 0.15.  E!’s TOTAL DIVAS stayed at 0.13.
