NETWORK FINALS:  THE CONNERS, THE FLASH and THE VOICE gained 0.1 in final numbers, while BLACK-ISH and SPLITTING UP TOGETHER lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  It was another big night for sports on cable, as the NBA season began on TNT, with 1.41/1.24 ratings.  Baseball was right behind, as TBS’s ALCS game was at 1.15 (followed by a “sneak peek” of the season premiere of THE GUEST BOOK at 0.28), and Fox Sports 1’s NLCS game was at 1.14.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN had a 0.25 leap to 0.92, although THE PURGE was only up a tick to 0.40.  FX’s MAYANS MC was steady at 0.52.  The BET HIP-HOP AWARDS was at 0.51, followed by HUSTLE IN BROOKLYN at 0.22.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK edged up 0.02 to 0.45, and FLIPPING OUT was up 0.06 to 0.27.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE dropped 0.09 to 0.40.  Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT led cable news at 0.31/0.54/3M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.23/0.34/2.4M, and CNN TONIGHT at 0.18/0.23/1M.  On OWN, THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS fell 0.05 to 0.31.  Food Network’s CHOPPED gained 0.03 to 0.28.  On TLC, THE LITTLE COUPLE fell 0.12 to 0.25, and SWEET HOME SEXTUPLETS was down 0.03 to 0.22.  On ID, HOME ALONE ticked up to 0.24, and EVIL TWINS was down 0.07 to 0.16.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 rose 0.02 to 0.24, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW ticked down to 0.12.  Lifetime’s MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT ticked up to 0.24.  On HGTV, DESERT FLIPPERS climbed 0.04 to 0.23, HOUSE HUNTERS gained 0.04 to 0.23, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was up 0.02 to 0.22.  Paramount’s INK MASTER was at 0.22.  On Discovery, VEGAS RAT RODS rose 0.02 to 0.21, and TRANS AM was down 0.04 to 0.11.  History’s COUNTING CARS held at 0.18.
