NETWORK FINALS:  NCIS and the rerun of THE FLASH lost 0.1 in final numbers, and the rerun JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE also went down 0.1 to an even more anemic 0.4.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  History’s CURSE OF OAK ISLAND was again at the top of Tuesday cable, down 0.03 to 0.79, with lead-out HUNTING HITLER down 0.06 to 0.33.  On USA, WWE SMACKDOWN fell 0.05 to 0.73, and SHOOTER was also down 0.05 to 0.44.  ESPN’s NBA doubleheader had Oklahoma City vs. Portland at 0.66, and Minnesota vs. Chicago at 0.51.  Discovery’s MOONSHINERS rose 0.04 to 0.61.  On Bravo, REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS slipped 0.03 to 0.59, and LADIES OF LONDON was up 0.04 to 0.28.  On A&E, LEAH REMINI: SCIENTOLOGY & THE AFTERMATH dropped 0.08 to 0.47, and INTERVENTION ticked down to 0.39, with INTERVENTION CA down 0.06 to 0.28. HGTV’s FIXER UPPER lost 0.08 to 0.57, and RESTORED BY THE FORDS was at 0.31.  Oxygen’s BAD GIRLS CLUB added 0.05 for 0.40.  On Food Network, CHOPPED was at 0.37, and CHOPPED JR held at 0.26.  Lifetime’s DANCE MOMS dropped 0.06 to 0.30.  On TLC, OUTDAUGHTERED rose 0.04 to 0.28, LITTLE PEOPLE BIG WORLD fell 0.06 to 0.26, and KATE PLUS 8 was down 0.02 to 0.20.  MTV’s TEEN WOLF gained 0.04 to 0.28, SWEET/VICIOUS fell off the chart, down 0.02 to 0.06/136K, and the TOO LEGIT special afterwards was at 0.03/84K.  On BET, 2 half-hours of REAL HUSBANDS were at 0.25/0.20, compared to last week’s 0.27, and 2 episodes of THE GARY OWEN SHOW were at 0.18/0.15, compared to last week’s 0.25.  On Tru, ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING lost 0.03 to 0.18, and BILLY ON THE STREET was down 0.02 to 0.09.  TNT’s GOOD BEHAVIOR held at 0.17.  Syfy’s AFTERMATH ticked up to 0.13.  

Viacom simulcast its ROCK THE TROOPS special on several of its networks with the following results:  0.18 on Spike, 0.13 on Comedy Central (for some reason not on the chart), 0.09 on VH1, 0.04/72K on MTV2, 0.03/84K on CMT, and zero/17K on MTVC
