NETWORK FINALS:  The BLACK-ISH rerun gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  On another day dominated by news programming, Fox News’s SPECIAL REPORT WITH BRET BAIER was at 0.75/1.17/6.1M, with CNN’s SITUATION ROOM at 0.56/0.81/2.8M, and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.34/0.46/3.2M.  History’s CURSE OF OAK ISLAND was steady at 0.70, with the lead-out premiere of SECRETS OF SKINWALKER RANCH at 0.34.  Bravo’s VANDERPUMP RULES lost 0.04 to 0.43.  MTV’s TEEN MOM slipped 0.02 to 0.37.  TLC’s LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD returned at 0.37, with the season premiere of 7 LITTLE JOHNSTONS at 0.26.  The season finale of TBS’s MIRACLE WORKERS dropped 0.04 to 0.29.  Discovery’s MOONSHINERS was at 0.28 compared to last week’s 0.27/0.20.  Adult Swim aired a number of April Fools Day post-midnight sneak programming, with PRIMAL at 0.28, RICK & MORTY at 0.28, DREAM CORP at 0.24, TIGTONE at 0.23, ROBOT CHICKEN at 0.22, YOLO at 0.21, LAZOR WULF at 0.21, SHIVERING TRUTH at 0.21, JJV FAIRY TALES at 0.20, and 120Z MOUSE at 0.20.  On Food Network, CHOPPED rose 0.08 to 0.27, and SUPERMARKET STAKEOUT was up 0.02 to 0.23.  HGTV’s UNSELLABLE HOMES was steady at 0.26.  Paramount’s INK MASTER gained 0.02 to 0.24.  The season finale of USA’s THE BIGGEST LOSER ticked up to 0.23.  The season premiere of OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG was at 0.20, down a tick from the 2019 premiere.  On Pop, SCHITT’S CREEK climbed 0.03 to 0.18, and ONE DAY AT A TIME was up 0.02 to 0.06 (the TV Land simulcast of the latter ticked up to 0.08).  On ID, DIABOLICAL was steady at 0.17, and REASONABLE DOUBT was down 0.04 to 0.13.  VH1’s WILD N OUT edged up 0.02 to 0.16.
