NETWORK FINALS:  AMERICA’S GOT TALENT and the LETHAL WEAPON rerun gained 0.1, and IMAGINARY MARY lost 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  MTV’s reboot of FEAR FACTOR debuted at 0.47, significantly ahead of lead-in THE CHALLENGE, which was up 0.05 to 0.37.  The season 2 premiere of TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM was at 0.44, remarkably steady with last year’s series premiere (0.45) and finale (0.46).   The season finale of FX’s THE AMERICANS gained 0.05 to 0.20, which was down 0.01 from the 2016 finale.

USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN led Tuesday cable, down 0.03 to 0.77, and with lead-out TEAM NINJA WARRIOR up a tenth to 0.37. Discovery’s DEADLIEST CATCH jumped 0.12 to 0.59.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG ticked up to 0.49. On Bravo, BELOW DECK grew by 0.13 to 0.46.  TLC’s LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD climbed a tenth to 0.44, and 7 LITTLE JOHNSTONS was up 0.09 to 0.34.  On Freeform, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS edged up 0.02 to 0.43, FAMOUS IN LOVE ticked down to 0.11, and TRUTH & ILIZA fell 0.02 to 0.03.  Comedy Central’s THE DAILY SHOW returned from hiatus with an unusual Top 10 place at 0.38.   HGTV’s GOOD BONES returned at 0.33.  Food Network’s CHOPPED ticked up to 0.29, and CHOPPED JR was up 0.06 to 0.27.  ID’s LOVE KILLS was steady at 0.26, and MOTIVES & MURDERS was up 0.04 to 0.22.  A&E’s BORN THIS WAY rose 0.07 to 0.22. On NatGeo, GENIUS climbed 0.03 to 0.17, and BREAKTHROUGH gained a tick to 0.06.
