NETWORK FINALS:  As expected, after baseball adjustments, the CW reruns fell to 0.2/0.1.  In addition, AMERICA’S GOT TALENT (up) and WORLD OF DANCE (down) swapped 0.1s, and BEAT SHAZAM gained 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:   Freeform’s THE BOLD TYPE returned at 0.14/0.09, down from 2017’s premiere 0.16/0.14.  The season finale of FX’s LEGION was down a sharp 0.09 from last week to 0.12, which was also down a far more disastrous three-tenths from the 2017 finale.

USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN led Tuesday cable, down a tick to 0.66, with CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST down 0.02 to 0.50, and THE CROMARTIES up 0.04 to 0.30.  On Bravo, BELOW DECK rose 0.06 to 0.56.  Discovery’s THE DEADLIEST CATCH climbed 0.07 to 0.51, and EXPEDITION UNKNOWN jumped 0.22 to 0.46.  It was another big night for Fox News, where HANNITY topped cable news at 0.46/0.76/4.1M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.33/0.50/2.5M, and CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.22/0.31/1.1M.  OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS gained 0.04 to 0.42, followed by a LOVE IS special at 0.17.  TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM ticked up to 0.38.  On TLC, LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD edged up 0.02 to 0.36, and OUR WILD LIFE remained at 0.16.  Food Network’s CHOPPED was up 0.04 to 0.34.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE dropped 0.04 to 0.34, and HUNTING ISIS was down 0.06 to 0.15.  MTV’s THE CHALLENGE gained 0.03 to 0.33.  On HGTV, GOOD BONES fell 0.04 to 0.31, HIDDEN POTENTIAL was steady at 0.29, and HOUSE HUNTERS was down 0.04 to 0.27.  On ID, THE WONDERLAND MURDERS lost 0.06 to 0.27, and MURDER COMES TO TOWN ticked down to 0.24.  On TV Land, YOUNGER was unusually up 0.05 from last week’s season premiere to 0.23, and TEACHERS ticked down to 0.09.  A&E’s INTERVENTION slipped 0.02 to 0.21, and CULTS & EXTREME BELIEF was down to 0.15/0.12 from last week’s 0.18.  The season finale of BET’s IN CONTEMPT ticked up to 0.20.  Syfy’s FACE OFF ticked down to 0.16.  AMC’s HUMANS fell 0.05 from last week’s season premiere to 0.08.  WGN’s 100 CODE gained 0.02 to 0.05.  Nat Geo’s GENIUS fell off the chart, down 0.02 to 0.03/269K.
