NETWORK FINALS:  The ALL-STAR GAME adjusted up to 2.2 in final numbers, but AMERICA’S GOT TALENT also adjusted up, adding 0.1 to 2.4, sealing its victory for the night.  Elsewhere, the reruns of NCIS and NCIS: NEW ORLEANS were respectively up 0.1 and down 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS was steady in its perch atop Tuesday cable at 0.75.  On Freeform, PRETTY LITTLE LIARS gained 0.07 to 0.60, and DEAD OF SUMMER was up 0.02 to 0.22.  Discovery’s DEADLIEST CATCH fell 0.17 to 0.53, with lead-in THE BAIT at 0.24. Bravo’s BELOW DECK lost 0.03 to 0.51.  On Food Network, CHOPPED GRILL MASTERS was down 0.04 to 0.43, and CHOPPED AFTER HOURS was at 0.36, while CHOPPED JUNIOR fell 0.13 to 0.27. TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM dropped 0.08 to 0.42.  TBS’s WRECKED fell 0.12 to 0.40.  On Comedy Central, TOSH.0 was off by 0.05 to 0.40, and NOT SAFE WITH NIKKI GLASER ticked down to 0.21.  An afternoon episode of Nickelodeon’s SPONGEBOB hit the Top 10 at 0.39.  HGTV’s HUNTING VINTAGE was at 0.37.  History aired a quartet of half-hours:  COUNTING CARS was at 0.37/0.36 compared to last week’s pair of 0.43s, and BIG EASY MOTORS was at 0.30/0.23 after last week’s pair of 0.33s.  On E!, BOTCHED lost 0.12 to 0.32, and FAMOUSLY SINGLE was down 0.04 to 0.22.  TLC’s LITTLE PEOPLE, BIG WORLD and MY GIANT LIFE were both at 0.31, compared to last week’s 0.32/0.28. MTV’s SCREAM slipped 0.02 to 0.20.  On BET, MUSIC MOGULS lost 0.05 to 0.17, and F IN FABULOUS was down 0.03 to 0.13.  POP’s IMPACT WRESTLING fell 0.03 to 0.12.  AMC’s FEED THE BEAST dropped 0.03 to 0.10.  Lifetime’s GOLD MEDAL FAMILIES was down a tick to 0.07/0.06.
