NETWORK FINALS:  The MLB ALL-STAR GAME held this morning’s preliminary rating in final numbers.  All other morning ratings were also unchanged.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN led Tuesday cable, up 0.06 to 0.74, with CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST up a tick to 0.50, and THE CROMARTIES season finale also up a tick to 0.25.  OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS jumped 0.11 to 0.51, and LOVE IS was up 0.09 to 0.34.  On MTV, THE CHALLENGE slipped 0.03 to 0.49, and was followed by the season premiere of FEAR FACTOR at 0.38/0.35.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK lost 0.02 to 0.47., and MILLION DOLLAR LISTING was at 0.18  On History, COUNTING CARS had a 0.14 leap to 0.42, and FORGED IN FIRE returned at 0.39.  Discovery’s DEADLIEST CATCH ticked up to 0.41.  TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM gained 0.04 to 0.41.  On a bad night for the Trump administration, MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW easily led cable news in the demo at 0.39/0.54/3M, with CNN’s CUOMO PRIME TIME at 0.29/0.39/1.4M, and Fox News’s TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT at 0.29/0.48/2.8M.  On Lifetime, MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT rose 0.09 to 0.34, and SEVEN YEAR SWITCH premiered at 0.13.  Food Network’s CHOPPED climbed 0.04 to 0.32.  Nickelodeon’s noon PAW PATROL was # 17 at 0.29.  On ID, MURDER COMES TO TOWN ticked down to 0.27.  On TLC, OUTDAUGHTERED dropped 0.04 to 0.26, and RATTLED was down 0.06 to 0.16.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL lost a tick to 0.24, HOUSE HUNTERS was at 0.24/0.21 compared to last week’s 0.24, and HIDDEN POTENTIAL fell a tenth to 0.20.  On Comedy Central, DRUNK HISTORY lost 0.07 to 0.20, and THE JIM JEFFERIES SHOW was up 0.03 to 0.18.  On TV Land, YOUNGER ticked down to 0.17, and TEACHERS ticked up to 0.10.  A&E’s BORN BEHIND BARS ticked down to 0.15.  Syfy’s FACE OFF dropped 0.03 to 0.13.  Freeform’s THE BOLD TYPE fell 0.03 to 0.12.  The 2-episode season finale of AMC’s HUMANS was at 0.08 and (off the chart) 0.05/286K, compared to last week’s 0.07.
