NETWORK FINALS:  There were no changes from the preliminary Tuesday ratings.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The season finale of TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM was at 0.41, up a tick from last week and impressively up 0.02 from the 2018 finale.  The season finale of TBS’s THE DETOUR was at 0.25, up a tenth from last week, but down 0.09 from 2018.  The season finale of FX’s POSE was at 0.18, down 0.02 from last week and down a tenth from last season.  

USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN led Tuesday cable, down a tick to 0.68, with MIZ & MRS up 0.02 to 0.38, and GROWING UP CHRISLEY up 0.08 to 0.331.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY slipped a tick to 0,48, and FLIPPING EXES ticked down to 0.10.  On Discovery, THE DEADLIEST CATCH dropped 0.08 to 0.31, and UNDERCOVER BILLIONAIRE was down a big 0.15 to 0.21.  On Food Network, CHOPPED gained 0.05 to 0.28, and SUPERMARKET STAKEOUT was up 0.03 to 0.26.  ESPN’s LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES coverage was at 0.25/0.13.  TUDN’s LEAGUE CUP matches were at 0.25/0.21.  HBO’s HARD KNOCKS fell 0.08 to 0.27.  On TLC< THE LITTLE COUPLE shrank by 0.03 to 0.23.  On HGTV, a 2-hour GOOD BONES was at 0.22, down 0.02 from last week’s hour.  On ID, TILL DEATH DO US PART lost 0.06 to 0.22, and WEB OF LIES was steady at 0.21.  Fox News’s HANNITY led cable news at 0.22/0.40/3.1M, with MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.19/0.32/2.3M, and CNN’s CUOMO PRIME TIME at 0.16/0.22/1.1M.  Paramount’s INK MASTER edged up 0.02 to 0.22.  On VH1, HIP-HOP SQUARES was at 0.22/0.20, compared to last week’s 0.22/0.20.  On A&E, INTERVENTION held at 0.21, and 90 DAYS IN NARCOLAND was up 0.03 to 0.20.  OWN’s AMBITIONS was up 0.03 to 0.17.  BET’s TALES dropped 0.04 to 0.16.  Lifetime’s DANCE MOMS dipped 0.02 to 0.16.  Tru’s ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING stayed at 0.15.  Comedy Central’s ALTERNATINO lost 0.03 to 0.11.
