NETWORK FINALS:  The NCIS rerun lost 0.1 in final numbers.  (Note:  for once, SOMEWHERE BETWEEN held onto its morning rating.)

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN had an easy victory on Tuesday cable, up a tenth to 0.87, with lead-out SHOOTER steady at 0.34.  On OWN, THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS ticked up to 0.65, and OPRAH’S MASTER CLASS was at 0.20.  The Phoenix presidential rally was a bonanza for Fox News, which cruised to cable news victory via HANNITY at 0.54/4.6M, compared to MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.46/3.1M and CNN’s CNN TONIGHT at 0.42/2M.  On MTV, THE CHALLENGE lost 0.04 to 0.51, and the newly-renewed FEAR FACTOR remained at 0.24.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE returned from a break at 0.50, and AMERICAN RIPPER was up 0.01 to 0.29.  Spike’s INK MASTER ticked down to 0.49, and the REDEMPTION after-show was up 0.04 to 0.25.  A&E’s LEAH REMINI:  SCIENTOLOGY slipped 0.02 to 0.47, and MURDER OF LACI PETERSON was down a tick to 0.35.  Discovery’s DEADLIEST CATCH held at 0.45, and MANHUNT: UNABOMBER was up 0.03 to 0.28. TNT’s ANIMAL KINGDOM rose a tick to 0.40.  The season finale of TBS’s WRECKED lost a tick to 0.39. HGTV’s GOOD BONES climbed 0.05 to 0.38.  BET’s BEING MARY JANE jumped a tenth to 0.35 after a 0.26 lead-in from the BLACK GIRLS ROCK special.  On TLC, OUTDAUGHTERED remained at 0.30, and RATTLED was up 0.02 to 0.24.  Food Network’s CHOPPED GRILL MASTERS was steady at 0.27. On ID, I AM HOMICIDE dropped 0.03 to 0.26.  On Lifetime, DANCE MOMS dipped 0.02 to 0.25, and SO SHARP was up 0.02 to 0.15.  HBO’s HARD KNOCKS fell 0.07 to 0.23.  On Freeform, THE FOSTERS lost 0.04 to 0.21, and THE BOLD TYPE ticked down to 0.12.  On Tru, ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING stayed at 0.21, and YOU CAN DO BETTER was up 0.05 to 0.12.  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY was at 0.19, and A NIGHT WITH MY EX was down 0.05 to 0.11.  Syfy’s FACE OFF dropped 0.08 to 0.15, and spin-off GAME OVER premiered at 0.11.  The 1AM episode of CMT’s STILL THE KING was at 0.05, and the 1:30AM episode was below the chart at 0.03/80K.
