NETWORK FINALS:  AMERICA’S GOT TALENT gained 0.1, while the reruns of THE FLASH and NCIS lost 0.1 in final numbers.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA had two of the top three shows on Tuesday cable, with WWE SMACKDOWN down 0.07 to 0.91, and CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST at 0.70 after last week’s 0.69/0.68. OWN’s THE HAVES AND HAVE NOTS was down 0.02 to 0.80.  On Freeform, the midseason finale of PRETTY LITTLE LIARS was up 0.14 from last week to 0.68 (and up a hundredth from the season premiere), and the finale of DEAD OF SUMMER rose 0.04 to 0.18, with CHEER SQUAD moribund at 0.08.  Spike’s INK MASTER gained 0.07 to 0.50, and the REDEMPTION after-show up 0.09 to 0.35. A&E’s MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT was steady at 0.43, and BORN THIS WAY added a hundredth for 0.31.  History’s FORGED IN FIRE slipped 0.02 to 0.41.  TLC’s COUNTING ON lost 0.03 to 0.32, and CAKE BOSS was down 0.05 to 0.17.  HBO’s HARD KNOCKS fell a tenth to 0.30.  On MTV, RIDICULOUSNESS was at 0.30/0.26, almost the same as last week’s 0.29/0.26.  On Food Network, CHOPPED TEENS dropped 0.09 to 0.29, and CHOPPED JR was down 0.05 to 0.24.  Discovery’s THE DEADLIEST CATCH fell 0.14 to 0.27, and MILWAUKEE BLACKSMITH was at 0.25/0.22, compared to last week’s 0.28/0.27.  Tru’s ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING held at 0.26.  AMC’s HALT AND CATCH FIRE at least moved in the right direction, up 0.03 to 0.14.
