NETWORK FINALS:  As has been common on the last few Tuesdays, NBC’s AMERICA’S GOT TALENT and BETTER LATE THAN NEVER swapped 0.1s in final numbers, respectively up and down.  Elsewhere, the BROOKLYN NINE-NINE, NCIS, FRESH OFF THE BOAT, REAL O’NEALS and AGENTS OF SHIELD reruns all dropped 0.1.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA’s WWE SMACKDOWN topped Tuesday cable, up 0.12 to 0.91, with lead-out CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST up 0.07 to 0.73.  OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG had a 0.80 season premiere.  ID’s crack at the JonBenet story, AMERICAN MURDER, showed the appetite for the case is still strong at 0.60.  FX seems to have hit the sweet spot of critical raves and ratings success with ATLANTA, up 0.03 from its series premiere last week to 0.56.  Spike’s INK MASTER lost 0.04 to 0.49, with the REDEMPTION after-show down a tick to 0.29.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK dropped 0.07 to 0.48.  On Discovery, DEADLIEST CATCH: DUNGEON COVE was at 0.47, and TAKING FIRE was at 0.37.  History’s FORGED IN FIRE rose 0.06 to 0.44, and MILWAUKEE BLACKSMITH was at 0.26/0.21, compared to last week’s 0.22/0.20.  On A&E, MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT edged down 0.03 to 0.44, while BORN THIS WAY gained 0.06 to 0.29.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS fell 0.03 to 0.37, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was down 0.06 to 0.35.  On Food Network, CHOPPED TEENS and CHOPPED JR were both at 0.34, respectively down 0.02 and steady.  Lifetime’s DANCE MOMS fell 0.07 to 0.31.  MTV’s RIDICULOUSNESS was at 0.30/0.27, compared to last week’s 0.25/0.24.  TLC’s COUNTING ON rose 0.03 to 0.29, but CAKE BOSS dropped 0.05 to 0.13.  AMC’s HALT AND CATCH FIRE was steady at 0.13.
