NETWORK FINALS:  NCIS gained 0.1 in final numbers, tying it with BULL as CBS’s highest-rated show of the night.  The BROOKLYN NINE-NINE premiere also rose 0.1.  In terms of quarter-hour tracks, BULL was admirably steady, dropping just 0.1 at the half-hour point.  THIS IS US was more front-loaded due to its big lead-in from THE VOICE, giving it a 3.3 for its first 15 minutes, which quickly dropped to 2.8.  After that, though, its downward trend was much softer, to 2.7/2.6.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  USA had 2 of the night’s Top 3 cable originals, although as was the case with most of cable, airing against all new broadcast competition, WWE SMACKDOWN fell 0.18 to 0.73, and CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST dropped 0.15 to 0.58.  Between them was OWN’s IF LOVING YOU IS WRONG, down 0.12 to 0.68.  FX’s just-renewed ATLANTA was down 0.08 to 0.48.  Nickelodeon’s afternoon LOUD HOUSE was the exception at 0.47, up 0.14 from last Tuesday.  Spike’s INK MASTER lost 0.04 to 0.45, and REDEMPTION was also down 0.04 to 0.25.  Bravo’s BELOW DECK fell 0.05 to 0.43.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE dropped 0.06 to 0.38, and MILWAUKEE BLACKSMITH was at 0.24/0.20, compared to last week’s 0.26/0.21.  ESPn’s WORLD CUP OF HOCKEY coverage was at 0.37. A&E’s MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT lost 0.08 to 0.36, and BORN THIS WAY was down 0.06 to 0.23.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS edged down 0.02 to 0.35, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was down 0.05 to 0.30.  TLC’s COUNTING ON grew by 0.03 to 0.32.  On Discovery, DEADLIEST CATCH: DUNGEON COVE dropped 0.18 to 0.29, and TAKING FIRE was down 0.08 to 0.29.  On Food Network, CHOPPED JR lost 0.07 to 0.27, and CHOPPED TEENS was down 0.08 to 0.26.  MTV’s RIDICULOUSNESS was at 0.26/0.24, compared to last week’s 0.30/0.27.  Lifetime’s DANCE MOMS shrank by 0.07 to 0.24.  AMC’s HALT AND CATCH FIRE dropped 0.03 to 0.10.
