NETWORK FINALS:  Lots of adjustments in final numbers, of which the most notable was DYNASTY losing 0.1 to debut at a truly terrible 0.3 after the big (unchanged) 0.8 lead-in it had from RIVERDALE.  Elsewhere, there were 0.1 bumps for THE GOLDBERGS, SURVIVOR, THE BLACKLIST, and EMPIRE.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  The MLB PLAYOFFS were dominant on Wednesday cable, with Fox Sports 1’s game at 2.16 and TBS’s at 1.04.  On Comedy Central, SOUTH PARK returned from a week off at 0.66 (down a tenth from 2 weeks ago), and BROAD CITY was at 0.29 (down 0.11).  Bravo’s REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY fell 0.07 to 0.44.  TBS’s FULL FRONTAL returned to its normal timeslot after last week’s post-game middle of the night run, up 0.18 to 0.39.  Cable news was a battleground between Fox News’s HANNITY at 0.38/0.65/3.6M and MSNBC’s RACHEL MADDOW SHOW at 0.38/0.57/2.7M, with CNN’s ANDERSON COOPER 360 at 0.23/0.31/1M.  ESPN’s NBA PRESEASON games were at 0.37/0.31.  On Discovery, GARAGE REHAB slipped 0.03 to 0.35, and MISFIT GARAGE was down 0.05 to 0.26.  OWN’s QUEEN SUGAR was steady at 0.33.  On Food Network, WORST COOKS IN AMERICA ticked up to 0.33, and BEST BAKER IN AMERICA was down 0.03 to 0.18.  ID’s HOMICIDE HUNTER edged up 0.02 to 0.32, and UNUSUAL SUSPECTS was down 0.02 to 0.22.  USA’s MR ROBOT returned with a 0.30 season premiere, down 0.13 from the 2016 premiere, and down 0.09 from the last season finale.  On HGTV, HOUSE HUNTERS ticked up to 0.29, PROPERTY BROTHERS shed 0.02 to 0.28, and HOUSE HUNTERS INTL was down 0.02 to 0.27.  On E!, TOTAL BELLAS rose 0.02 to 0.26, and ERIC & JESSIE was up 0.02 to 0.18.  MTV’s ARE YOU THE ONE gained 0.04 to 0.29, preceded by a TEEN MOM special that was down 0.09 to 0.19.  Lifetime’s LITTLE WOMEN ticked down to 0.21.  Syfy’s CHANNEL ZERO was up 0.02 to 0.18.  On BET, 50 CENTRAL and FACE VALUE were both up 0.07 to 0.16/0.16.  FXX’s YOU’RE THE WORST held at 0.10.  THE SHANNARA CHRONICLES moved from MTV to Spike, and lost a massive 0.38 from its series premiere there to 0.10 (also down 0.30 from the MTV season finale).  Off the chart, IFC’s BARONESS VON SKETCH SHOW climbed 0.02 to 0.04/110K, and Sundance’s LIAR was at 0.02/93K.
