NETWORK FINALS:  THE GOLDBERGS, BLINDSPOT and MODERN FAMILY each gained 0.1 in final numbers, while BLACK-ISH lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  FX’s LEGION had a solid start with 0.69 in the 18-49 demo.  It was particularly strong with men in that demo, scoring the highest non-basketball number of the night at 0.86 (also the top non-sports rating among men 12-34 at 0.53).  The potential danger sign, however, is that the show shed viewers heavily:  we only have the quarter-hours between 10-11PM, but those trended down from 0.86 to 0.61.  So next week’s episode may see a substantial drop.  Meanwhile, E! premiered reality show SO COSMO at 0.12.  

ESPN’s late NBA game (Chicago vs. Golden State) led Wednesday cable at 0.79, with the early game (Clippers vs. Knicks) at 0.62.  On VH1, BLACK INK CREW gained 0.02 to 0.67, and AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL was at 0.30 (with a MTV simulcast at 0.15). Discovery’s ALASKAN BUSH PEOPLE fell 0.09 to 0.63, and BERING SEA GOLD was up 0.06 to 0.45.  On TLC, MY 600-LB LIFE climbed 0.03 to 0.50. Lifetime’s LITTLE WOMEN slipped 0.02 to 0.44, and VIVICA’S BLACK MAGIC was up 0.04 to 0.24.  A 9:30AM Nickelodeon PAW PATROL was at 0.41.  On HGTV, PROPERTY BROTHERS dropped 0.14 to 0.37.  On MTV, ARE YOU THE ONE ticked down to 0.35, and a TEEN MOM special was at 0.34, up 0.08 from last week’s special.  On Food Network, CUTTHROAT KITCHEN shrank by 0.07 to 0.29, COOKS VS CONS was down 0.06 to 0.28, and BAKERS VS FAKERS lost 0.06 to 0.26.  Tru’s THE CARBONARO EFFECT was at 0.21/0.20, compared to last week’s 0.20/0.14.  

On the scripted side, TBS’s FULL FRONTAL rose 0.04 to 0.52.  On History, SIX aired for the first time without a VIKINGS lead-in (instead it was preceded by a 0.30 NAVY SEALS documentary special), and drifted down 0.03 to 0.37.  BET’s THE QUAD gained 0.07 to 0.35, airing after the second part of the miniseries MADIBA, which was down 0.04 to 0.12.  Syfy’s THE MAGICIANS dipped 0.02 to 0.35, and THE EXPANSE was down 0.07 to 0.18.  On FXX, IT’S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA lost 0.03 to 0.34, and MAN SEEKING WOMAN ticked up to 0.12. USA’s SUITS dropped 0.02 to 0.32.  TLC’s TOO CLOSE TO HOME fell 0.03 to 0.29.  On Comedy Central, WORKAHOLICS dropped 0.03 to 0.23, and JEFF & SOME ALIENS was also down 0.03 to 0.14.  Bravo’s GIRLFRIENDS GUIDE TO DIVORCE added 0.03 for 0.18.  POP’s SCHITT’S CREEK ticked down to 0.07.
