NETWORK FINALS:  BIG BROTHER gained 0.1 in final numbers, while PRESS YOUR LUCK lost the same.

CABLE HIGHLIGHTS:  As was the case on Tuesday, CNN’s DEMOCRATIC DEBATE easily led Wednesday cable, and the 1.92/2.51/10.7M for the main part of the debate (up 0.27 in 18-49s from Tuesday) was higher than Night 2 of the MSNBC portion of June’s debate (1.03/1.37/6.7M), but lower than the combined NBC/MSNBC numbers (3.13/4.07/17.3M).  The other cable networks again lagged far behind, with Fox News’s INGRAHAM FILES at 0.26/0.47/3M, and MSNBC’s POST-DEBATE ANALYSIS at 0.18/0.24/1.5M.  

Paramount’s YELLOWSTONE continued to impress, up a tenth from last week to 0.56, with unscripted (and post-primetime) lead-out THE LAST COWBOY up 0.03 to 0.14.  Discovery’s SHARK WEEK offerings were EXTINCT OR ALIVE at 0.47, CAPSIZED at 0.45, and SHARK AFTER DARK at 0.22.  Bravo’s SOUTHERN CHARM dropped 0.07 to 0.38.  VH1’s BASKETBALL WIVES lost 0.07 to 0.37.  FX’s SNOWFALL gained 0.04 to 0.33.  On Lifetime, MARRIED AT FIRST SIGHT edged up 0.02 to 0.32, and MARRYING MILLIONS was steady at 0.15.  On MTV, CATFISH crept up 0.02 to 0.29, and ARE YOU THE ONE was up 0.04 to 0.26.  On HGTV, PROPERTY BROTHERS lost 0.04 to 0.27, HOUSE HUNTERS INTL climbed 0.02 to 0.25, and HOUSE HUNTERS was up a tick to 0.24.  TBS’s FULL FRONTAL rose 0.03 to 0.27.  On History, FORGED IN FIRE fell 0.08 to 0.27, and STRONGEST MAN IN HISTORY was down 0.06 to 0.21.  ESPN’s MLB game was at 0.26.  Food Network’s GUY’S GROCERY GAMES ticked up to 0.26.  On USA, SUITS slipped a tick to 0.22, and PEARSON was steady at 0.11.  On ID, THE WONDERLAND MURDERS fell 0.06 to 0.22, and DARK WATERS was down a tenth to 0.21.  Freeform’s GROWN-ISH grew by 0.03 to 0.20.  OWN’s QUEEN SUGAR ticked down to 0.16.  Comedy Central’s SOUTH SIDE gained 0.03 to 0.25.  Syfy’s KRYPTON ticked up to 0.13.  The season finale of FXX’s ARCHER was up 0.04 to 0.13 (down 0.02 from the 2018 finale).  TV Land’s YOUNGER shrank by a tick to 0.09.  On A&E, WAHLBURGERS was at 0.10/0.06, compared to last week’s 0.13.  Off the chart, Pop’s FLORIDA GIRLS was at 0.04/92K & 0.04/88K, up from last week’s 0.01/0.01.  In addition, SHERMAN’S SHOWCASE premiered on IFC with back-to-back episodes at 0.04/105K and then a somewhat alarming drop to 0.01/37K.
