Below are the ratings in key demos for the Top 25 original cable telecasts from Friday night. Note that due to the holiday weekend, THE KNICK took the week off on Cinemax, as did HBO’s original series on Sunday night. (HBO itself ran a KNICK rerun with a 0.02 result.) However, JONAH FROM TONGA did air an original on Friday with a 0.04 rating in 18-49s, followed by 0.01 for an episode of JA’MIE: PRIVATE SCHOOL GIRL.
The only cablecast with a rating over 0.4 for the night was Syfy’s WWE coverage, which was up 0.13 from last week to 0.75. When 5PM and 5:30PM airings of ESPN’s PARDON THE INTERRUPTION and AROUND THE HORN get into the Top 10 (not to mention 2 airings of that network’s COLLEGE FOOTBALL PREVIEW), it’s definitely a slow night.
