SHOWBUZZDAILY’s Top 25 Saturday Cable Originals: 2.21.2015


Ratings  in key demos or the Top 25 original cable telecasts (plus a few other lower-rated but noteworthy programs):

ESPN’s COLLEGE BASKETBALL doubleheader topped Saturday cable at 0.64/0.59, with an afternoon game in 4th place at 0.49, and additional games at 0.35.  An NHL game on NBCSN was farther down the Top 10 at 0.40.  Lifetime’s movie of the week interrupted the basketball games at 0.57.  Comedy Central’s KEVIN HART PRESENTS wsa at 0.43.  On Spike, JAIL: LAS VEGAS was down a tick to 0.40.  The 4AM FISHCENTER (Adult Swim) was at 0.39.  HBO divides its boxing coverage into segments, which were variously at 0.37/0.29/0.22.  PIONEER WOMAN (Food) slipped 0.03 to 0.37.  On TLC, SEX SENT ME TO THE ER gained 0.06 to 0.34, and then 0.13 to 0.29, and UNTOLD STORIES OF THE ER slipped 0.03 to 0.25.  Starz’s BLACK SAILS was down 0.01 to 0.18. (Note:  the chart below indicates a multi-hour TEEN MOM special that spanned 0.16-0.42 in the course of its run, but this looks like it may have been a marathon of previous episodes rather than an original special.)  In response to a reader request, the following block of Fox News shows had these ratings:  BULLS & BEARS 0.14/1.46M, CAVUTO ON BUSINESS 0.15/1.36M, FORBES ON FOX 0.14/1.32M, CASHIN IN 0.15/1.26M.
