SHOWBUZZDAILY’s Top 25 Sunday Cable Originals (& Network Update): 12.14.2014

NETWORK UPDATE:  There was no relief for ONCE UPON A TIME’s series low in final numbers.  60 MINUTES lost 0.1 once the CBS football overrun was removed, and both BOB’S BURGERS and the rerun FAMILY GUY  gained 0.1.

Ratings in key demos for the Top 25 original cable telecasts (plus a few other lower-rated but noteworthy programs):

Sunday cable belonged to REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA (Bravo), which easily topped everything else in its path despite falling 0.22 from last week to 1.30.  Elsewhere on Bravo’s night, MILLIONAIRE MATCHMAKER was down 0.02 to 0.56, and FASHION QUEENS slipped 0.03 to 0.34.  The night stayed classy with its #2 original, KOURNEY & KHLOE TAKE THE HAMPTONS (E!), down 0.12 to 0.79, with lead-out HOUSE OF DVF down 0.05 to 0.25.  TNT’s THE LIBRARIANS was at 0.77, still a solid number but down a worrisome half-point (almost 40%) from last week’s 1.27 premiere.  On HBO, THE NEWSROOM exited up 0.03 to 0.56, while THE COMEBACK dipped 0.01 to 0.09 and the season finale of GETTING ON fell 0.03 to 0.05.  On Showtime, HOMELAND rose 0.08 to 0.68, and THE AFFAIR ticked up 0.01 to 0.21.  Discovery’s ALASKA: THE LAST FRONTIER was at 0.72.  Hallmark’s original movie ranked #12 for the night at 0.52.
