SHOWBUZZDAILY’s Top 25 Thursday Cable Originals (& Network Update): 3.26.2015

 

NETWORK UPDATE:  The NCAA TOURNAMENT games adjusted slightly down, to 1.9/2.7.  That put them respectively 0.1 below and 0.1 above last year’s Thursday Round of 16 games.    (See Mitch Metcalf’s special SKEDBALL Report on Round of 16 ratings on broadcast and cable.)  Elsewhere, AMERICAN CRIME gained 0.1, and the VAMPIRE DIARIES rerun lost 0.1.

Ratings in key demos for the Top 25 original cable telecasts (plus a few other lower-rated but noteworthy programs):

Not surprisingly, the NCAA TOURNAMENT was at the top of Thursday cable as well, with the TBS games very close to their CBS counterparts (although in reverse order) at 2.30/1.79.  WWE (Syfy) was down 0.04 to 0.77.  On History, VIKINGS aired two episodes, a regular hour that was down 0.08 to 0.70, and a special off-shoot episode at 0.43; PAWN STARS was down about a tenth from last week at 0.62/0.54.  On Tru, IMPRACTICAL JOKERS was at 0.49/0.45, and BREAKING GREENFILLE was at 0.14.  ARCHER (FX) fell 0.04 to 0.41.  MTV’s RIDICULOUSNESS dropped 0.23 to 0.39, with BROKE A$$ GAME SHOW down 0.04 to 0.26, and SNACK-OFF up 0.02 to 0.17.  DIG (USA) lost 0.02 to 0.38.  MARY MARY (We) gained 0.05 to 0.38, and MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN was up 0.02 to 0.14.  REAL HOUSEWIVES OF MELBOURNE (Bravo) was up a tick to 0.17.
